Johnny Vibes Calls for the Blog

Niveau 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Johnnie Moreno
Johnnie Moreno

Johnny "Vibes" Moreno raised to 12,000 from early position and was called by the button, the small blind and the big blind.

The flop came {10-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Vibes continued for 17,000. The button and the small blind called.

The {7-Hearts} was the turn and the small blind led out for 40,000. Vibes called before the button moved all in for 109,000 and Vibes said "Oh shit!". The small blind folded and Vibes made the call saying "I've been running so good".

Small blind: {7-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}
Johnny "Vibes" Moreno: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}

The river came the {8-Hearts} giving Vibes the nut flush. Vibes said he felt bad as his opponent hit the rails then proceeded to go to the bathroom.

Can Is The Queen

Niveau 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Nersin Can
Nersin Can

Action was caught on the turn of a {5-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{q-Spades} board, with three players in the hand. Everybody checked that flop.

Randolph Collins bet 60,000 in early position and Nesrine Can made all in for 141,000, two seats after. The third player folded, but not Collins, who finally made the call.

Nesrine Can: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}
Randolph Collins: {k-Hearts}{10-Spades}

Can made a set of queens on the turn, and the {k-Diamonds} just gave him a full house. Fortunately for Collins, he had a long lead.

Klein is Out

Bill Klein
Bill Klein

Bill Klein was seen by PokerNews staff leaving the Bally's ballroom, presumably taking his exit from the event.

Klein made it through 13 levels in this flight and made it just into level 14.

Another re-entry is possible since there is still another Day 1 flight left in this event, so we may see his return.

Lexy Gavin Busts Out

Niveau 12 : Blinds 1,500/3,000, 3,000 ante
Lexy Gavin
Lexy Gavin

Lexy Gavin wasn't having the right kind of luck after shoving all her chips in on the second of three day ones of this event.

Gavin was on the small blind when the hijack raised to 5,500 and Andy Jiang called in the cutoff. Gavin decided this was her time and claimed her all-in status when she pushed her 21,000 in front of her. The hijack folded but Jiang called.

Gavin had her film crew and entourage with her and she whipped out her selfie-stick and started recording the goings-on just before the board came out.

Andy Jiang: {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}
Lexy Gavin: {k-Clubs}{10-Hearts}

The board came out showing {2-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Spades}{6-Spades}{7-Hearts} and Gavin was now out of the tournament.
