Dokler Comes From Behind the Unconventional Way

Niveau 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

It was decision time on a flop showing {a-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{9-Hearts}. Jonathan Dokler had moved all in to dial up the pressure on his opponent who was in the tank.

Eventually, he was called. Dokler was at risk and stood up as he was on a draw with the {k-Hearts}{3-Hearts} looking for a heart while his opponent had the {10-Diamonds}{9-Spades} for the pair.

The tun paired Dokler as the {3-Diamonds} came off and the river gave Dokler the win in the unexpected non-flush manner as the {k-Diamonds} binked off to keep Dokler alive for the time being.

Shepek Splits Pot, Maintains Momentum

Niveau 30 : Blinds 80,000/160,000, 160,000 ante

Opponent: {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}
Rhonda Shepek: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}

The board ran out {q-Diamonds}{a-Diamonds}{k-Spades}{3-Clubs}{q-Spades} and the players split the pot, but Shepek is on the upward swing with over 5,000,000 in chips. Elsewhere in the room, her partner Dominick French is still in the tournament with just under one million chips.

Mao Scoops Big Pot

Niveau 28 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

There was a large pot in the middle already from preflop action as the flop came down {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. Jiawei Mao called the jam from his opponent and turned over the {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts} which was ahead of the {k-Spades}{j-Clubs} draw of his opponent.

The turn was the {9-Clubs} and the river the {6-Diamonds} to whiff his opponent and give Mao the big pot.
