Barbero Rivers the Nuts and Bets Big

Niveau 5 : Blinds 300/600, 600 ante

Igor Kurganov raised to 1,500 on the button and Nacho Barbero defended from the big blind. The flop came {j-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {4-Clubs} on the turn and the {9-Hearts} on the river.

Barbero led out with a large bet of 6,600 and Kurganov looked him up. Barbero whipped over {q-Hearts}{10-Diamonds} for the nut straight and Kurganov conceded.

"That's why you bet so big," Kurganov nodded in approval after the hand.

Daniels Loses a Four-Bet Pot

Niveau 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Jake Daniels raised it up from under the gun and the big blind stuck in a three-bet. Daniels responded with a four-bet and the big blind called. With a little over 30,000 in the middle already, the dealer fanned the flop of {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Clubs}.

The big blind checked to Daniels who put in a bet of 15,200. The big blind check-shoved all in for 43,600 and Daniels asked for a count. After thinking for over three minutes, Daniels finally dumped his cards into the muck and took a big hit to his stack.

Berenson Gets Full Value

Niveau 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

After his opponent checked on a heads-up turn board of {3-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{4-Hearts}, Alex Berenson moved all in, sending his opponent deep into the tank.

After several minutes, a player at the table called clock, and Berensn's opponent was given a 30-second countdown. After about ten seconds, he made the call and tabled {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for middle pair and a flush draw, while Berenson rolled over {9-Hearts}{9-Clubs} for top set of nines.

The river was a brick {5-Spades} and Berenson was awarded the pot as his opponent was sent packing.

Cheong Offering Up Deals

Niveau 4 : Blinds 300/500, 500 ante

Jared Jaffee just took his seat in the middle of Joseph Cheong and Christoph Vogelsang and the three started to strike up a conversation about their net worth.

"Christoph, would you trade your net worth for our combined net worth?" Cheong asked, referring to him and Jaffee.

"I don't like risk, so probably not," Vogelsang replied with a smile.

"Good choice," Cheong chuckled.

"Is it more than zero?" Jaffee questioned Vogelsang. "Even if you're in the positive, we'd still be at zero," he continued to Cheong.
