Bracelet winners Alex Foxen (456,000), David "ODB" Baker (401,000), Yuri Dzivielevski (320,000), and Hossein Ensan (292,000) will be among the chipleaders when the action resumes at Noon on Sunday, 17 July.

When the day ended prematurely, the clock showed a total of 208 remaining from 574 registrations; however, this total will be confirmed at the start of Day 2.

Other notable names such as Liv Boeree, Mike Matusow, Igor Kurganov, Henrik Hecklen and Dietrich Fast will also return.

Today's eliminations included Loni Hui, Will Kassouf, Mustapha Kanit, Kenny Hallaert, Chance Kornuth, Chino Rheem, Nacho Barbero and Boris Kolev.

Players will return with 12:27 left in level 14 with blinds at 3,000/5,000 and a 5,000 big blind ante.

There has been a moment of panic in the Paris Ballroom after rumors of an active shooter situation on the Las Vegas Strip began to circulate.

Players and staff ran for cover out of the ballroom with tables flipped over and chips scattered across the room.

As far as PokerNews is aware there is no active shooter and there has been panic in neighboring casinos which has moved into Paris.

As soon as PokerNews has any updates on how tonight's tournaments will conclude we will bring them to you. In the meantime, updates from this tournament are currently paused.
