Depaulo's Set Takes Out Rees

Niveau 2 : 200/300, 300 ante
Ryan Depaulo
Ryan Depaulo

Ryan Depaulo raised to 800 from middle position before David Rees three-bet to 3,500 in the cutoff. Depaulo called and they saw a flop of {3-Spades}{2-Clubs}{6-Clubs}.

Depaulo checked over to Rees who put out another bet before Depaulo immediately announced he was all in. Rees, with around 17,000 behind, snap-called with {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}.

Depaulo, though, had out-flopped him with {6-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} for a set. The {3-Diamonds} on the turn improved Depaulo to a full house, and by the time the {q-Spades} fell on the river Rees had packed up his things and made a quick exit from the tournament area.

Niko Koop was on the button and three-bet to 2,100 after Scott Ball had opened from middle position. A player in the big blind called Koop's raise before Ball four-bet to 6,300.

Both Koop and the big blind called to see the {2-Hearts}{q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} on the flop. Ball threw out 7,000 and both opponents quickly folded as the two-time bracelet winner dragged in the pot.

Niveau 2 : 200/300, 300 ante

Action started on the river with a board of {8-Diamonds}{5-Hearts}{q-Spades}{4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}. Rami Ilyasov was in position and the pot held about 18,000.

His opponent led into him for 10,000. Ilyasov thought for about a minute before raising it up to 32,000.

It didn't take long for his opponent to fold and let Ilyasov rake the pot.

Debregeas Coolers Neal

Niveau 2 : 200/300, 300 ante

On a completed board of {9-Spades}{3-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{7-Spades}, Loïc Debregeas bet 15,000 into the already bloated pot. Without much hesitation, Jerrold Neal called it off and showed {k-Spades}{8-Spades} for a king-high flush.

Unfortunately for him, Debregeas rolled over {a-Spades}{6-Spades} for the ace-high flush to take the pot, a huge cooler for Neal.

Laszlo's Queens Still Good

Niveau 2 : 200/300, 300 ante

Norbert Laszlo opened to 800 from the cutoff. The small blind reraised to 3,000, and Laszlo called.

On the {2-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} flop, the small blind continued for 2,200, earning another call from Laszlo. On the {6-Clubs} turn, the opponent checked to Laszlo, who announced a raise to 3,500 before tossing in the necessary chips. After a brief moment of deliberation, the small blind tossed in the call.

On the {5-Hearts} river, Laszlo fired again, this time for 5,500. His opponent made the call, and Laszlo showed him {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}. His opponent mucked his hand, and the pot was Laszlo's.
