Boldissar's Six Bet Jam Takes it Down

Niveau 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Luke Boldissar opened with a raise from late position. The cutoff reraised to 1,500. Action folded back around to Boldissar, who took a couple minutes before announcing and tossing in a four-bet of 5,400. The cutoff thought only briefly before tossing in a five-bet to 15,000, a quarter of each player's starting stack.

Boldissar took a moment or two, before stacking all his chips into a single tower, and placing it into the pot, a six-bet to 51,500. A few seconds later, the cutoff reluctantly folded, giving the pot to Boldissar.

Meadors Slows Down With Flopped Set

Niveau 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

David Meadors and an opponent in the big blind built a big pot of around 30,000 on a flop of {10-Hearts}{a-Spades}{7-Hearts}.

Both players checked down as the board ran out {q-Hearts}{2-Clubs}. Meadors turned over {10-Spades}{10-Clubs} for the flopped set, while his opponent showed {a-Clubs}{7-Clubs} for two pair.

"I figured you had ace-seven or ace-ten. You had nowhere to go," Meadors told his opponent as he dragged in the pot. "The heart saved you."

Jack Sinclair, the eighth-place finisher in the 2017 Main Event, has taken a seat at this table.

Picking up the action after the flop, Sergio Aido in the big blind was involved in a three-way pot with a player in the cutoff and a player on the button. Hall Flops Top Two

Niveau 1 : 100/200, 200 ante

Action was picked up with 1,100 in the pot and a flop of {q-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} on the felt. The small blind opened for 400. The hijack called before Anthony Hall, the button, raised to 1,200. Both opponents called.

On the {9-Diamonds} turn, Hall led out for 2,000. The small blind thought for a moment before putting in the call, while the hijack snap-folded.

Hall fired another 2,000 on the {6-Spades} river and got called. Hall turned over {q-Hearts}{k-Spades} for top two pair. His opponent promptly tossed his hand in the muck, giving the pot to Hall.
