Rebei Continues to Climb With Another KO

Niveau 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

Karim Rebei is on a roll.

He just had another player at risk preflop for their last 120,000.

Shorter Stack: {9-Hearts}{9-Spades}
Karim Rebei: {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

Rebei was way in front with his overpair and the {10-Clubs}{7-Spades}{4-Spades}{a-Hearts}{j-Hearts} runout only improved him to a set of jacks for the elimination.

With roughly 70,000 in the pot on a {j-Clubs}{9-Spades}{3-Clubs}{7-Spades}{7-Clubs} completed board, Sergio Aido bet 55,000, and Josh Pollock took some time to deliberate. Pollock checked his cards again, looked at his opponent and the board, and ultimately, put in the calling chips.

Aido tabled {9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds} for a flopped set which became a boat, and the Spaniard collected the pot.

Max Pain for Layne

Niveau 10 : Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante

The under-the-gun player raised to 4,500 and then was three-bet by Chad Layne in middle position. When action came around, Fabian Schafer thought for a second before he put in a cold four-bet to 37,000.

The orignial raiser folded and action was back to Layne, who went into the tank.

"All-in," Layne announced as he pushed his chips in. Schafer responded by immediately shoving the rest of his chips into the poy and tabling the rockets {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}. Layne grimaced as he flippe over his {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

The board ran out {2-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{5-Spades} and was no help to Layne and he gave Schafer a full double up.
