Trips for Bhojani

Niveau 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Asher Conniff opened to 300,000 from early position and Imran Bhojani defended the big blind.

The dealer spread the {8-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} flop, Bhojani checked, and Conniff bet 225,000. Bhojani clicked it back with a check-raise to 450,000, and Conniff called.

The {2-Hearts} fell on the turn, Bhojani bet 325,000, and Conniff called.

The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and Bhojani bet 1,100,000. Conniff tanked for over a minute and ultimately put in the chips.

Bhojani tabled {5-Diamonds}{4-Spades} for flopped trips to collect the pot as his opponent mucked.

Minor Setback for Lievano as Reed Doubles

Niveau 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante
Robert Reed
Robert Reed

Robert Reed was all in for a mere 1,200,000 with the {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and once the cards were revealed, his opponent Antonio Lievano sighed an "shit, nice hand" before grabbing his phone and recording the action. Lievano had one overcard and some broadway outs as he tabled the {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}.

Nothing changed on the {k-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop and Lievano asked for an "ace ball" on the {8-Clubs} turn. However, the {j-Clubs} river changed nothing whatsoever and Reed doubled his short stack.

Khan Picks Up Kings to Double

Niveau 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

William Smith in the big blind had re-raised to 1,100,000 before Mack Khan in the cutoff shoved for 4,900,000. Smith gave it some thought before committing the chips.

Mack Khan: {k-Hearts}{k-Diamonds}
William Smith: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

"All day long, kings versus ace-queen, ace-king," a tablemate said heading to the {3-Spades}{8-Hearts}{9-Clubs} flop. It was safe for Khan, as were the {10-Spades} turn and {7-Hearts} river as he doubled up and left Smith a short stack.

Turner Shoves on Levy

Niveau 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

George Turner opened to 300,000 in middle position and Tzur Levy three-bet to 800,000 in the cutoff. Action folded back to Turner who called.

The dealer spread the {10-Spades}{8-Spades}{6-Hearts} flop, Turner led for 350,000, and Levy called. The {2-Spades} fell on the turn, Turner bet 975,000, and Levy tank-called.

The {7-Spades} completed the board and Turner moved all in, causing Levy to lay down his hand after some deliberation. Levy gave a golf clap to his opponent in anticipation of the claps from Turner's rail, which indeed followed as Turner scooped the pot.

Matthew Shepsky raised to 300,000 and Alejandro Lococo three-bet to 1,115,000. Brian Kim four-bet to 2,600,000 and Shepsky ducked out of the way before Lococo went into the tank.

David De Rothschild
David De Rothschild

Following a preflop raise to 300,000 by Tom Kunze and the call by David Rothschild in the big blind, the flop came {k-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}. Rothschild opted for a check-shove worth 1,625,000 and was snap-called by Kunze to find himself on very thin ice.

David Rothschild: {k-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Tom Kunze: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}

The Frenchman needed running cards to avoid the elimination but was left drawing dead on the {8-Spades} turn to make the {6-Spades} river a formality.

Dobric In Control Of Table

Niveau 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Since returning from the dinner break, Matija Dobric has been in full control of his table, winning many small pots to keep himself moving up the chip counts. Dobric opened to 300,000 from under the gun and was called by Matthew Su out of the small blind as well as David Diaz in the big blind to generate three-way action heading to the flop.

Both blinds checked on the {6-Clubs}{a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} flop and Dobric continued for 300,000. Su called while Diaz folded to send the two remaining players to the turn.

Diaz checked for a second time on the board pairing {a-Diamonds} turn and Dobric bet again, sizing up to 1,300,000. Su thought it over but in the end decided on a fold to send another pot Dobric's direction.

Khan Rivers a Straight

Niveau 29 : Blinds 100,000/150,000, 150,000 ante

Three-handed on a flop of {q-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}, Philippe Souki bet 425,000 from early position and received calls by Mayank Madan and Mack Khan in the big blind.

All three players checked the {j-Diamonds} turn. The river came the {3-Clubs} and Khan led out for 750,000. Souki quickly mucked, but Madan threw in the chips to call.

Khan turned over {5-Hearts}{4-Clubs} for the rivered straight and Madan tapped the table and said "nice hand" before mucking.
