In a limped battle of the blinds, the flop showed 
and James Hobbs opted to check. Adam Demersseman then bet 200,000 only for Hobbs to check-shove for 3,950,000 total. That move got through as a rather confused Demersseman sent his cards into the muck.
Jon Gisler raised to 400,000 in the cutoff and was called by Evan Krentzman and David Levine in the blinds. The flop came 
and the action checked around to the

Krentzman led out with a bet of 500,000 on the turn which prompted a quick fold from Levine. Gisler, however, stuck around to see the 
on the river. Krentzman announced a bet of 1,400,000 this time and Gisler dumped his cards into the muck.
Philippe Souki raised to 425,000 from early position before Mayank Madan re-raised to 1,050,000 in middle position.
Souki called to see the 
as he checked over to Madan, who continued for 550,000. Souki called once again as the fell on the turn.
Madan bet out another 1,200,000 and Souki called before both players checked the 
river.
Souki quickly flashed pocket tens, but Madan showed

Henry Fischer moved all in for his last 2,450,000 from the cutoff and was called by Asher Conniff out of the big blind.

Blazevich tanked for a moment before announcing he was all in. "Did you say all in?" Rosa asked as he couldn't put in the chips fast enough, turning over 
for quads. Blazevich was forced to show his .
"That's it boys," Blazevich said to his rail, but a recount showed Rosa had 7,300,000 remaining, leaving Blazevich with 1,400,000.
"You lost the chips, but gained my respect," Dingxiang Ong told Blazevich after the hand.
With some 3,400,000 in the middle to the 
turn, Jon Gisler checked his option from an early position and then called a bet by Michael Duek for 1,000,000. That left Gisler with 1,800,000 behind and he checked the on the river.
Duek now bet 2,000,000 and Gisler reluctantly paid it off to get shown the for kings and tens by Duek. That beat the of Gisler, who was eliminated in 54th place and missed out on a pay jump.
Aaron Mermelstein limped in and Efthymia Litsou checked the option from the big blind.

Mermelstein continued on the turn for 600,000 and Litsou came along to see 
on the river.
Mermelstein fired one more time, this time for 1,400,000, and Litsou called after tanking for a couple of minutes. Mermelstein showed and took the pot with aces and eights.
Danny Hannawa was all in from the button for 1,475,000 and up against Damian Salas in the small blind.

James Hobbs watched as the tournament clock ticked to 53 players and confirmed that he made the next pay jump. Hobbs then proceeded to shove all in for 4,750,000 in the cutoff. Adam Demersseman also pushed all in for slightly more on the button and the blinds folded.
