Cruz Takes From Lee With Turn Bet

Niveau 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Gilbert Cruz raised to 165,000 with {a-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} from early position and Stanley Lee called with {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}. The rest of the table ducked out of the way and action was heads up.

The flop was {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Cruz checked his three aces. Lee checked back and the turn was {a-Spades}.

Cruz counted out 150,000 and tossed it in the middle. It was too much for Lee and he tossed his hand in the muck.

Correa Felted by Setna

Niveau 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

There were two all-ins and calls at the same time on neighboring tables and they resulted in two eliminations. First to go was Stuart Young and he was followed by Robert Correa with the latter facing an open raise to 225,000 by Jimmy Setna and a three-bet to 475,000 by Kamal Bittar.

Correa jammed for 1,445,000 and Setna went all-in over the top to force out Bittar.

Robert Correa: {a-Hearts}{j-Hearts}
Stuart Young: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}

Only one heart and no paint card was not enough for Correa on the {10-Spades}{7-Hearts}{2-Spades}{10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} board and that spelled the end for him, too.

The flop came {3-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Rokita quickly checked, followed by Schumacher. Farnes announced he was all in, having both opponents covered, and they both instantly threw their cards into the muck.

Duczak Scores Big Double With Better Kicker

Niveau 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Aaron Duczak
Aaron Duczak

Fabian Schaefer Carreno opened to 200,000 in the cutoff and Aaron Duczak three-bet to 770,000 in the small blind. Carreno called.

The dealer spread the {8-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Clubs} flop and Duczak bet 850,000. Carreno continued.

The {a-Clubs} landed on the turn, Duczak got his 3,350,000 chips in, and Carreno called.

Aaron Duczak: {a-Spades}{k-Spades}
Fabian Schaefer Carreno: {a-Diamonds}{j-Spades}

The turn turned out to doom Carreno, and the {7-Clubs} river confirmed the result to give Duczak the massive pot as he moved over the 10 million chip mark.

Sabat Doubles Through Da Silva

Niveau 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante
Eddy Sabat
Eddy Sabat

Eddy Sabat got the last 535,000 in from a middling position and was looked up by Chris Da Silva in the big blind for the following showdown to emerge.

Eddy Sabat: {a-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Chris Da Silva: {j-Clubs}{9-Spades}

The {q-Clubs}{10-Hearts}{5-Clubs} flop was a hefty sweat for Sabat despite hitting the top pair and top kicker, as Da Silva had an open ender. Nothing changed on the {5-Spades} turn and the {j-Hearts} river only gave Da Silva an inferior pair as Sabat remained in contention.

Maio's Big Slick Bested by Five-Deuce

Niveau 27 : Blinds 50,000/100,000, 100,000 ante

Kamal Bittar opened to 250,000 in middle position and Anthony Maio moved in his 445,000 chips in late position. Action folded back to Bittar who called.

Anthony Maio: {a-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}
Kamal Bittar: {5-Spades}{2-Spades}

The dealer fanned the {8-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop to pair Bittar's deuce and put him in front. The {j-Clubs} turn left Maio needing an ace or king, but the {q-Diamonds} river sent him to the rail.

The action started with a min-raise by Vadim Rozin to 200,000 and ClubGG qualifier Mohammed Radwan then three-bet to 625,000 on the button. Rozin pushed all-in and Radwan quickly called as a cold deck was revealed.

Mohammed Radwan: {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}
Vadim Rozin: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}

Following a board of {6-Spades}{5-Hearts}{3-Hearts}{2-Spades}{9-Spades}, the superior pair held up and both stacks were counted. Rozin had 4,355,000 at his disposal and that covered Radwan by around two and a half big blinds to end the run of the ClubGG qualifier.

Once a player was eliminated, Da Silva flicked in his last chip.

Chris Da Silva: {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}
Andy Taylor: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}
