Evan Krentzman Eliminated in 22nd Place ($323,100)

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Evan Krentzman
Evan Krentzman

Tzur Levy pushed all in for the last 4,500,000 from under the gun and Evan Krentzman called all in for 4,250,000 in the small blind as the two bottom stacks at the table were essentially flipping a coin for who would advance further.

Tzur Levy: {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}
Evan Krentzman: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}

The {4-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{2-Hearts} flop gave Krentzman a straight draw to go with his two overcards, but he bricked both the {3-Hearts} turn and {2-Diamonds} river.

Once both stack sizes were verified, Krentzman was sent to the rail in 21st place for a payday of $323,100.

Setna Takes a Few From Litsou

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Jimmy Setna
Jimmy Setna

After Efthymia Litsou limped her small blind, Jimmy Setna checked his big blind to see a flop of {7-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{k-Clubs}.

Litsou check-called a bet of 500,000 to see the {10-Diamonds} come on the turn. Litsou again quickly checked and Setna bet 1,250,000.

Litsou called, and on the river {k-Spades}, she again checked, and somewhat frustrated, Setna checked back.

Setna showed {8-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} for a flopped two pair, which became two pair of kings and eights. Litsou tabled {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} for a losing missed straight draw.

Dobric Takes From Mermelstein

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Matija Dobric opened to 1,000,000 in the cutoff, Aaron Mermelstein three-bet to 2,600,000 on the button, and action folded back to Dobric who four-bet to 6,600,000. Mermelstein thought for a minute and called.

The dealer spread the {a-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{2-Spades} flop, Dobric bet 1,600,000, and Mermelstein called.

The {2-Hearts} turn was checked through to the {3-Diamonds} river, Dobric made a small bet, and Mermelstein called. Dobric tabled {a-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} and collected the pot to move up further in the chip counts.

Andres Jeckeln Eliminated In 21st Place ($323,100)

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Andres Jeckeln
Andres Jeckeln

Matija Dobric opened to 1,000,000 from early position and was called by Andres Jeckeln in the small blind as well as Tom Kunze out of the big blind.

The flop came {4-Clubs}{2-Clubs}{a-Hearts} and both blinds checked. Dobric continued for 1,000,000 only to be met by a raise to 3,000,000 from Jeckeln. Kunze quickly folded to send the action back to Dobric who re-raised enough to force Jeckeln all in. The Argentinean made the call for his tournament life.

Andres Jeckeln: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}
Matija Dobric: {a-Clubs}{3-Clubs}

Though Jeckeln was ahead, his opponent did have a lot of straight and flush outs. The {9-Clubs} turn immediately ended affairs with Jeckeln rising from his seat prior to the meaningless {5-Spades} river. He collects $323,100 for his impressive 21st-place finish while Dobric ascends to the tournament chip lead.

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Karim Rebei opened to 1,025,000 from under the gun and Michael Duek called out of the small blind, having just arrived at the table for balancing reasons. Tzur Levy then pushed all-in for 9,500,000 and forced two folds to chip up.

Duek then opened to 1,200,000 shortly after and Levy jammed once more for 11,800,000 to get through with it.

Setna Grabs Another One

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Efthymia Litsou raised to 1,000,000 in the cutoff and was called by Jimmy Setna on the button and David Diaz in the big blind. The flop came {a-Spades}{7-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and the action checked around to the {8-Diamonds} on the turn.

Diaz led out with a bet of 1,400,000 and Litsou raised to 3,000,000. Setna re-raised to 4,600,000 which got Diaz out of the way. Litsou called and the {8-Hearts} paired the board on the river.

Litsou checked this time and Setna thought for a moment before shipping all in. Litsou instantly folded and Setna dragged in the pot.

Jorstad Flops the Nuts

Niveau 34 : Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Efthymia Listou limped in from middle position which invited Robert Welch and Espen Jorstad to come along from the blinds. The flop fell {8-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} and Welch led out with a bet of 1,300,000. Jorstad raised to 3,900,000 which forced Litsou out of the pot but Welch called.

The turn was the {10-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {4-Diamonds} on the river. Welch fired out a bet of 3,600,000 and Jorstad quickly flicked in a chip to call. Welch showed {7-Clubs}{6-Spades} for two pair but Jorstad tabled {10-Hearts}{9-Hearts} for a straight to win the pot.

Vadim Rozin
Vadim Rozin

Aaron Mermelstein opened to 1,000,000 on the button and GGPoker qualifier Vadim Rozin defended the big blind.

The duo checked the {q-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{6-Spades} flop to the {10-Clubs} turn, Rozin bet 1,000,000, and Mermelstein called.

The {j-Spades} landed on the river and Rozin bet 3,000,000. Mermelstein took nearly two minutes before putting in the calling chips.

Rozin tabled {q-Spades}{j-Diamonds} for a full house and added to his stack as Mermelstein's cards went into the muck.

Efthymia Litsou

David Diaz raised to 1,000,000 from the hijack and was called by Philippe Souki in the small blind.

Efthymia Litsou then moved all in, and her stacks were counted down.

The dealer counted a total of 13,550,000, and after not long, both her opponents folded, sending a quick 2,000,000 chips to the last remaining woman in the field.
