Conniff Wins a Four-Way Pot

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Matija Dobric made it 1,200,000 to go from early position and Asher Conniff called on his left. David Diaz also called from the hijack and Aaron Duczak made it four ways from the big blind.

The dealer spread the flop of {q-Hearts}{3-Spades}{3-Clubs} and the action checked to Conniff who tossed in a bet of 1,200,000. All of his opponents quickly folded and Conniff's rail burst into cheers.

Su Leaves Rebei on Fumes

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Matthew Su raised to 1,200,000 with {k-Spades}{9-Hearts} in the cutoff and was called by Karim Rebei in the big blind with {6-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}. On a {q-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{4-Spades} flop, Rebei checked and subsequently called a bet worth 1,000,000 by Su. Both checked the {j-Spades} on the turn and Rebei then led the {10-Diamonds} on the river for 1,200,000.

Su gave it some consideration and then raised to 4,000,000 for Rebei to instantly fold.

Rebei Gets Revenge on Su

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Matthew Su raised to 1,200,000 from the hijack and Karim Rebei three-bet to 3,100,000 from the small blind. Su responded with a four-bet shove and Rebei snap-called off his stack of 7,700,000.

Karim Rebei: {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}
Matthew Su: {7-Spades}{7-Diamonds}

The flop came {q-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{8-Spades} and Rebei looked poised for a double up. The turn brought the {j-Hearts} providing some chop outs but it was the {q-Clubs} on the river that ensured the Frenchman of a crucial double.

Karim Rebei Eliminated in 16th Place ($410,000)

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Karim Rebei
Karim Rebei

Karim Rebei opened to 2,400,000 on the button and Matija Dobric three-bet to 10,000,000 from the small blind. Asher Conniff folded his big blind and Rebei shipped all in for 16,600,000. Dobric quickly called and the cards were on their backs.

Karim Rebei: {6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}
Matija Dobric: {a-Hearts}{q-Spades}

The flop of {j-Clubs}{10-Spades}{10-Clubs} gave Dobric a wealth of outs to hit on future streets. It was the {k-Spades} on the turn that made his straight but Rebei was not out of it yet. The river was the {9-Spades} and Rebei was unable to find any help as he was eliminated in 16th place.

Conniff Takes Two Pots in a Row

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Asher Conniff limped the small blind and David Diaz raised it up to 2,000,000 in the big blind. Conniff limp-raised to 5,600,000 and Diaz folded as the rail of the birthday boy erupted with an "let's goooo".

Matthew Su then raised to 1,200,000 from under the gun and Jeffrey Farnes came along from one seat over. Conniff three-bet to 4,300,000 and that got rid of all players behind them plus initial raiser Su. Farnes also folded and Conniff collected the next pot.

Jorstad Runs into Eames' Flush

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

John Eames raised to 1,200,000 in the cutoff and was called by Espen Jorstad in the small blind.

The duo checked the {j-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop, and on the {2-Clubs} turn, Jorstad checked and Eames bet 2,400,000.

Jorstad called and the river brought the {9-Diamonds} and after Jorstad checked, Eames bet 4,200,000.

After a minute of deliberation, Jorstad called to see Eames table the {q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a winning rivered flush.

Conniff Riding a Wave of Momentum

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante

Jeffrey Farnes raised to 1,500,000 from under the gun and was called by Asher Conniff in the cutoff and Matthew Su in the big blind. The flop fell {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the action checked around to the {7-Hearts} on the turn.

Farnes was the first to take a stab at the pot with a bet of 2,500,000 on the turn. Conniff called and Su stepped aside. The river was the {8-Spades} and Farnes thought for over a minute before tapping the table. Conniff slid out a bet of 3,500,000 and Farnes slid his cards to the muck.

Duczak Doubles Through Farnes

Niveau 35 : Blinds 300,000/600,000, 600,000 ante
Aaron Duczak
Aaron Duczak

Aaron Duczak got the last 6,100,000 into the middle from under the gun and it folded all the way to Jeffrey Farnes in the big blind, who made the call.

Aaron Duczak: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Jeffrey Farnes: {2-Hearts}{2-Spades}

The {q-Clubs}{4-Hearts}{3-Diamonds} flop improved Duczak to the superior pair while Farnes gained some outs with the {6-Hearts} turn. Last but not least, the {q-Hearts} fell on the river and Duczak doubled to pull Farnes right towards the bottom of the leaderboard on the main feature table.

Right after, the last 15 players went on a scheduled 20-minute break.
