Conniff Not Su(re) About River Call

Niveau 33 : Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

In a limped battle of the blinds between Asher Conniff and Matthew Su, both checked the {j-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Spades} flop and Conniff also checked the {4-Spades} on the turn. That prompted a bet worth 800,000 by Su and Conniff took 35 seconds before coming along.

The {5-Diamonds} followed on the river and Conniff checked again when contemplating about it for 17 seconds, which then led to a bet worth 2,200,000 by Su after 34 seconds. Conniff gave it some consideration but opted to get out of the way once 91 seconds had passed.

Andres Jeckeln opened to 1,000,000 under the gun and Matija Dobric called in middle position.

The dealer fanned the {10-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs} flop, Jeckeln bet 1,400,000, and Dobric called.

Small Pots Continue on the Main Feature Table

Niveau 33 : Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

Karim Rebei got involved in the action again and made it 900,000 to go, which was called only by Aaron Duczak in the big blind. The {a-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{6-Hearts} flop went check, check, and the {a-Hearts} turn paired the board once more while also delivering a second flush draw as well.

Neither player invested any further chips and they checked to the {8-Hearts} on the river. Duczak tabled the {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for a flush and that won the pot.

Chip leader Rebei has not applied any relentless action yet on the main feature table as several shorter stacks are within three big blinds.

Levy Chips Up Against Madan

Niveau 33 : Blinds 200,000/400,000, 400,000 ante

Tzur Levy raised to 800,000 as the shortest stack on the table from the under-the-gun position and Mayank Madan defended the big blind. The duo headed to the {10-Clubs}{5-Spades}{2-Diamonds} flop on which Madan check-called a bet worth 700,000.

After the {k-Clubs} turn, Madan checked again and Levy now bet 1,300,000 while taking 59 seconds to act. No call by Madan followed and the rail from Israel started cheering. For the first time in a while, Tzur pulled away from the bottom of the leaderboard on the main feature table.

Michael Duek opened to 900,000 in early position, Andres Jeckeln jammed for 8,975,000 in middle position, and action folded back to Duek who quickly called.

Andres Jeckeln: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Michael Duek: {9-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}

The {a-Clubs}{j-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop vaulted Jeckeln ahead, as the {j-Hearts} turn left him just needing to fade a river nine. The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and the Argentinian secured the double against his fellow countryman.
