"Zanasee!" Calls Kendenkov
Niveau 14
: 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Vladimir Kendenkov went all in for 40,000 from the cutoff and a player who requested not to be named called from middle position.
Vladimir Kendenkov: A♦A♥K♣10♠
Middle Position: 9♥2♠J♠Q♠
The flop ended whatever suspense there had been almost immediately on a flop of A♠K♥4♦. As the dealer rolled over the coffin-nail 9♣ and then 6♠ Kendenkov began yelling out "Zanasee! Zanasee!" which he explained later is "Get over here!" in Russian. After the chips in the pot had indeed come to him, he thanked his opponent. "Thank you for doubling me up on the bubble!"
