Andrew Kelsall raised to 6,500 from early position and Phil Hellmuth, refreshed from an earlier nap at the table, called from the small blind.
Hellmuth discarded a pair of deuces face up and Kelsall patted. Kelsall continued for 10,000, and Hellmuth showed 7x4x3x2x before folding.
Kelsall laughed and asked, "What am I supposed to bet there to get a call?"
Hellmuth replied, "I can't teach you how to play the game," before adding a more conciliatory, "I think you've won more pots off me than just about anyone."

Brian Hastings opened to 6,500 from under the gun and was called by Andrew Kelsall in middle position as well as Rahul Karpy in the big blind.
Karpy stood pat while both Hastings and Kelsall chose to draw one. Action then checked to Kelsall who led out for 28,000. That got a quick fold from Karpy but Hastings did not immediately muck his holding. After some thought, he did end up tossing his hand away to ship the pot over to Kelsall.

William Lahti raised 8,600 from early position and big blind Samuel Gagnon paused a moment before calling.
Each drew one, and then Gagnon checked. "I give up," said Lahti resignedly.
Gagnon declared ten-nine, Lahti sighed, and said, "Ten's good," before sliding his cards to the dealer.

Matt Waxman opened to 5,500 on the button before Scott Bohlman three-bet to 23,000 out of the small blind. Waxman thought for quite some time but ended up releasing his holding to take a hit to his stack.
On the very next hand Waxman opened to 5,500 again, this time from the cutoff. Bohlman opted to get aggressive with Waxman once more, three-betting to 18,000. As on the previous hand, Waxman mucked to send himself sliding further down the chip counts.

Barry Greenstein raised 6,500 from the button. Small blind Wil Wilkinson considered moving the rest of his 32,000 in, but elected to call.
Wilkinson asked for one, and Greenstein took another look at his hand and patted.
Wilkinson checked, and Greenstein continued for 10,000. Wilkinson again looked like he might put in the check-raise all in, but chose just to call.
Greenstein turned over 7x4x3x2x to one side, and then 6x to the other. "I only looked at the first four when I raised. Then when he called I had to check the fifth, and wouldn't you know, that's a pat seventy-six."
