Paul Volpe raised to 13,500 from middle position and faced a three-bet from Tobias Schwecht on the button to 37,000.

John Monnette four-bet jammed for 101,500 from the small blind to send action back to Volpe who didn't wait too long before five-bet jamming for 183,500.

Schwecht tanked for about three minutes before finally letting it go and sending Volpe and Monnette to a heads up draw.

Monnette stood pat which sent Volpe into a three minute tank of his own while he decided on whether or not he needed to break a made hand to beat Monnette.

Eventually, Volpe did pat behind and Monnette quickly turned up 87542 which was good against the 98543 of Volpe.

Negreanu Picks Off Bluff

Niveau 13 : Blinds 2,500/5,000, 7,500 ante

Jerry Wong opened from under the gun to 10,000 and received calls from both Chris Brewer on the button as well as Daniel Negreanu in the big blind.

All three players took one card after which action checked to Brewer. He put out a bet of 30,000 which did not seem to sit too well with Negreanu. He did make the call, prompting Wong to muck quickly. "Sevens" announced Brewer as he revealed he had attempted a bluff. Negreanu had managed to make a tough call holding Jx9x6x5x3x to drag down the pot and keep himself chipping up.
