The player under the gun raised to 2,000 and Anatolii Zyrin was in the hijack and placed a three-bet to 7,500. The player under the gun made the call. The flop came out 4♦2♣3♣ with all kinds of possibilities and Zyrin placed the continuation bet of 9,000 after it was checked to him.

The turn 5♦ slowed the action with a check from both players.

The river 8♦ had the initial player check and Zyrin placed the bet of 4,400 and received the call. Zyrin flipped over A♣A♦ with authority and the other player mucked. Zyrin held the straight with his rockets.

Woo Makes the Straight

Jung Woo raised in early position to 2,000 and received a call from a late position player and the big blind. The flop came out 8♦A♠9♣ and after the big blind checked Woo made a continuation bet of 2,000 and only the late position player made the call.

The turn brought the Q♠ and Woo continued the aggression and bet 2,500 and got the call.

On the river 10♦ Woo placed the bet of 13,500 and the late position player called quickly and mucked just as quickly when Woo turned over J♦J♥. Woo had rivered the straight for the best hand.

In a four-way pot of just over 9,000 on a flop showing J♦2♣2♥, the big blind, Tom Thomas under the gun, and the cutoff all checked to the button, who bet 2,800. Only Thomas came along.

The 3♦ hit the turn and both players checked to the 5♣ river. Thomas led out for 6,000 and his opponent took a few seconds before making the call.

Thomas tabled A♥A♦ for the overpair and winning hand when his opponent mucked their cards.
