Ponakovs Runs Into Trips
Niveau 19
: Blinds 2,500/5,000, 500 ante
"FiletOFish" raised to 10,000 on the button and Aleksejs "APonakov" Ponakovs called in the small blind.
Both players checked the 9♦5♠3♦ flop before Ponakov led out for 10,000 on the 3♣ turn. "FiletOFish" then raised to 25,000 and Ponakovs called.
Ponakovs again bet on the 9♣ river, this time for 30,000, and "FiletOFish" called. Ponakovs had 7♥7♠, but "FiletOFish" showed A♦3♥ for threes full of nines to win the pot.
