Rodriguez Bluffs Into Coleman

Noel Rodriguez had opened preflop from middle position and David Coleman had called in the big blind. Coleman then check-called Rodriguez's 35,000-chip bet on the A♦J♣3♥ flop as well as his bet of 115,000 on the 7♠ turn.

The 5♠ then came on the river and Coleman checked for a third time. Rodriguez put his opponent all in for 250,000 chips and received a snap call.

Rodriguez could only table 4♠4♣ for a pair of fours, which Coleman had crushed with A♣3♦ for flopped two pair. He doubled up as Rodriguez forfeited a chunk of his big stack.

On other tables, Justin Bonomo, Zhiyuan Xu, Jerry Wong, and Nick Maimone were eliminated at the final six tables.

Andrew Ostapchenko was already all in preflop for 470,000 total from under the gun against Kristen Foxen, who had Ostapchenko covered in the cutoff.

The A♣10♥8♠ improved both players, but left Ostapchenko way out in front with a set. Ostapchenko had a bit of a sweat on the 4♥ turn as it improved Foxen to a flush draw, but the 4♣ river left Ostapchenko best with a full house for the double up.

Koray Aldemir raised to 50,000 in the hijack and was called by Kharlin Sued on the button and Galen Hall in the big blind.

The flop fell 3♠5♠10♥ and Hall checked to Aldemir, who made a bet of 55,000. Sued got out of the way before Hall put Aldemir all in, for around 300,000 total.

Aldemir snap called as the cards were revealed.

Hall's top pair had to fade a plethora of outs, but it did just so when the board ran out 4♥3♦, sending the 2021 Main Event champion out of the High Roller.

A player in middle position opened the action with a raise to 50,000. Ognyan Dimov called in the hijack and the small blind also called. Espen Jorstad moved all in for 220,000 from the big blind and action was back on Dimov. He moved all in for 680,000, putting Jorstad at risk.

The board ran out 7♣4♥A♣4♠7♠ and Jorstad faded clubs after a sweaty flop to earn a full double-up.

Sepiol Nearly Doubles Through Dimov

Dan Sepiol raised to 50,000 from under the gun and was called by Ognyan Dimov on the button and Domenico Gala in the big blind.

Gala checked to Sepiol on the 2♠A♥9♣ flop and he continued for 60,000. Dimov called and Gala folded.

The K♣ fell on the turn and Sepiol barreled 60,000 into the middle. Dimov again called.

Sepiol bet 320,000 on the 5♦ river, leaving himself a single 5,000 denomination chip behind. Dimov called and Sepiol tabled A♣9♥ for a flopped two pair.

Dimov couldn’t beat it and mucked — conceding the pot to Sepiol.

Players went heads up to a 6♠Q♦9♥ flop and Hall continued for 35,000. Sued made the call.

The turn 10♦ rolled off and Hall fired 110,000. Sued called once more.

Hall wagered 300,000 on the K♠ river but Sued let his hand go.

It was looking like the end for Coleman, but the K♣5♥7♥ flop saw him pair up his king to take the lead. The 9♥3♦ runout saw no improvement for Fritz, and he was left with eight big blinds while doubling up his opponent.

On another table, Bryn Kenney was less lucky as he lost his all-in to exit the tournament.
