Bohlman Wins a Big Pot Against Yu

Bradley Jansen raised to 60,000 and was called by Ben Yu on the button as well as Scott Bohlman in the big blind. Each of them drew one and Bohlman as well as Jansen opted to check. Yu made it 150,000 to go only for Bohlman to raise to 500,000.

Jansen checked his stack carefully and reluctantly folded while Yu eventually called. Bohlman showed the 7x5x4x3x2x and claimed the pot.

"I broke up a big hand," he said after the hand was over.

Adam Friedman raised and then called a three-bet by Ashish Gupta on the button. Friedman check-called three streets on the J♠7♥2♠6♠5♦ board and mucked when Gupta tabled the A♥A♦.

One hand later, Friedman raised and was called by Warwick Mirzikinian as well as Ben Yu in the blinds. Only Mirzikinian check-called a continuation bet on the A♦Q♦2♣ flop, then check-called a bet on the A♠ turn. Friedman checked behind the A♣ river and Mirzikinian won the pot with 7♠7♥.
