Niveau 14 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Hollis Barnhart almost didn't show up this morning due to the fact that he only started with 15,500 but now he is thrilled to be here as he has racked up 226,000 in chips and made the money.

He decided to play a hand for PokerNews and raised under the gun to 22,000, everyone folded and Barnhart playfully teased the table and threw over 42.

O'Donnell Puts Farha to the Test

Niveau 14 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante
Sammy Farha
Sammy Farha

Sammy Farha was in the big blind and led out 15,000 on the flop of 835. Kevin O’Donnell was on the button and called.

The turn was the 3 and Farha bet 25,000. O’Donnell again called.

The river came the 5. Farha checked. O’Donnell reached for a pile of chips for a bet of 80,000. Sammy went into the tank. A few minutes passed and he said one point, more to himself than anyone else, “You bluffin'?” Farha looked somewhat defeated as time went by, but ultimately made the call.

O'Donnell turned over 94 for a busted flush draw and Farha took down a big pot with Q8 for a flopped pair of eights.

Harrington Defends His Blinds

Niveau 14 : Blinds 2,000/4,000, 4,000 ante

Poker legend Dan Harrington is still in the field with a decent amount of chips. He successfully defended his big and small blind in back to back hands.

The turn was the 4 and Harrington now led for 11,000. His opponent in early position called.

The river was the 3, bringing in more straights as well as a backdoor flush. Harrington fired 30,000. This got a fold from his opponent.

The next hand, Harrington went to the flop of 252 three-way with players in the big blind and under the gun.

The under-the-gun player bet 15,000 and Harrington called. The big blind folded.

The turn 7 got checked around.

The river came the 9 and Harrington bet 20,000 and got another fold on a low coordinated board to chip up some more.
