Quick Double for Ropert
Niveau 21
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Corentin Ropert shoved 105,000 under the gun and only Michael Acevedo called from the cutoff.
Corentin Ropert: A♣Q♦
Michael Acevedo: A♦4♦
Ropert had the lead with his queen kicker and the Q♠6♠5♠ flop improved him to a pair of queens. The 3♦ turn gave Acevedo an open-ended straight draw but the Q♣ river meant Ropert could remain seated.
