Sammartino check-raised a bet from Williams on the A♥9♦4♣ flop and Williams called.
Williams then called bets from Sammartino on the J♠ turn and 8♦ river and Sammartino announced, "Ace-nine," as he tabled A♦9♥5♠4♠ as advertised.

Sammartino shook his head and tabled J♠5♣8♣ for just a pair of nines, Kyte showed Q♦J♦2♥.
"I guess I gotta chance. I need an ace, jack, ten, six, or three," said Madsen as he sweat his final card. He flipped it up and turned over A♥J♥5♥ for just a pair of jacks and the four-time WSOP bracelet winner finished the tournament in fourth place.

"You never believe me, always check-raising," Sammartino said putting in the call. He then continued to hum.
Kyte bet the Q♣ turn and Sammartino called.
On the river Q♠, Kyte checked over to Sammartino who bet.
"This is so disgusting," said Kyte as he called.
"Ace-queen!" shouted Sammartino as he tabled A♥Q♥2♥2♦ for three queens and an ace, which was good for the pot as Kyte flashed A♣7♠3♠2♣ before mucking.
