Pattni led on fifth and Slezak called. Slezak took over the betting lead on sixth after he paired his king and Pattni called. The action checked through on seventh.

Slezak revealed his two pair which were good against the split aces of Pattni.

"I didn't think you had it [aces]," commented Slezak as he raked in the pot. Aside from being an exemplary father he sometimes gets lucky too.

Jason Stockfish raised from under the gun, Davis Modans called from the button, and Even Haskell came along from the big blind.

Haskell and Modans drew two while Stockfish drew one. Haskell checked, Stockfish bet, Modans called, Haskell raised, and both players called.

Haskell was pat while the others took one card. Haskell bet, Stockfish folded leaving himself around 10,000 behind, and Modans called.

On the final draw, Modans took one and the action checked through. Haskell revealed 8x6x5x3x2x which was good as Modans was drawing to a wheel but peeled an Ax.

Action was picked up on the K♣7♠3♠ flop with 33,600 in the middle in a hand between Howard Plant from under the gun and Robert Tanita in the big blind.

Plant potted for 33,600 on the flop after being the aggressor pre-flop and Tanita called quickly.

The 8♦ peeled off on the turn. Tanita checked, and Plant moved all in for 96,600, which sent Tanita into the tank.

During the tank, Plant pulled out his phone and took a picture of the board which was cause for concern for Tanita.

"I think I have to to fold, but this is not fun," remarked Tanita.

"Good fold," replled Plant despite the fact that Tanita's hand was still live.

Tanita eventually let it go and Plant revealed K♠K♦ for top set.
