Kalev Takes Three Way Pot

With a pot of 130,000 in the middle, three players looked as a board of A4AK7 on the river after action had fully checked around on the turn.

From the big blind, Petar Kalev fired 87,000. Sean Ragozzini folded quickly from early position. Action was then on Davidi Kitai on the button.

Kitai went into a deep tank. After a few minutes, the clock was called. The countdown was given and it hit zero before Kitai acted soo his hand was declared dead.

Barnes Won't be Bluffed

Action was caught after the flop of Q9Q and Andrew Barnes led out for 36,000 from early position. His opponent made the call from middle position.

The turn was the A and Barnes checked. His opponent fired for 96,000 and Barnes found the call.

While the river peeled off the 2 both players were quick to check. Barnes revealed A10 to take the pot.

Madsen Battles for a Big Pot

Action picked up on the river with a board of A2955 and a pot of about 200,000. This was a battle of the blinds and Jeff Madsen was in the big blind and had just raised his opponent's bet of 140,000 on the river to 325,000. The small blind went into the think tank for awhile and finally folded.

He queried Madsen, "Did you have 4-2 of diamonds"?

Madsen replied, "I don't know what I had, I blacked out during the hand".

Madsen raked in a very sizeable pot.
