John Hutchinson Takes Chip Lead into Final Day of THE GIANT

Day 2 of Event #19: THE GIANT - $365 No-Limit Hold'em started with 882 players. During the 13th level of the day the tournament reached 27 players and the clock was stopped with 20 minutes left. The tournament staff did the redraw while the 27 players that were left bagged their chips. They will come back Sunday to try and win the highly desired gold bracelet.

The chip leader after a tumultuous Day 2 is John Hutchinson with 21,200,000 chips. Second in chips is Hrair Yapoudjian with 18,875,000, and third in the chip counts is Ravi Raghavan with 12,900,000. Other notables still in the hunt are Dieter Dechant (8,775,000) and Eric Baldwin (8,075,000).

Among those who did not make it through the day was the chip leader after the first flights, Valentin Vornicu. Other notables that failed to make it through today, including Barry Greenstein, Niall Farrell, Ryan Riess, Allen Cunningham, Jesse Martin, Dietrich Fast, Liv Boeree, John Racener, Maxim Lykov amongst many others.
