In just one short hour, Day 3 of Event #20: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em MILLIONAIRE MAKER at the 2017 World Series of Poker will begin. From a huge 7,761-entry field, just 136 players remain with a chance to win the title.
Leading the pack to start today is Senovio Ramirez III with an impressive mountain of chips worth 1,570,000. He won two big pots yesterday and used his stack to his advantage to hold onto his lead to finish the night strong. Just behind him is Lucas Blanco with 1,339,000, with Daniel Lee rounding out the top three stacks with 1,196,000 chips.
The tournament's prize pool of $10,477,350 is being divided among the top 1,165 finishers, with a staggering $1,221,407 for first. The remaining players are currently guaranteed a payout of $8,054, although the first-place prize and elusive WSOP gold bracelet are at the front of everyone's minds.
Blinds start today at 6,000/12,000 with a 2,000 ante and players will battle it out for 10 one-hour levels. There will be a 15-minute break every two levels, with a scheduled 60-minute dinner break after the sixth level of the day.

Kurt Lichtman came back with less than nine big blinds, but his start into Day 3 has had the best possible scenario as he's already earned a double-up.
Lichtman was dealt and ended up all in for 100,000, facing his left-hand opponent Ryan Buckholtz who turned over . Lichtman could stay calm all the way through the board , dodging the deadly three-outer.

A big pot was brewing early in the day, and there was about 180,000 in the middle already. The board read , and Thu Tran checked from late position.
In Sun Geoum was on the button and bet 90,000, about half of the pot. Tran immediately check-raised all in for his last 300,000. Geoum looked a bit shell-shocked, but quickly tossed a single chip in the middle to call. Tran tabled for second pair, and Geoum breathed a sigh of relief and tabled for a rivered set of sevens.
Geoum scooped the pot and Tran was off to the payout desk.

Two of the biggest stars in the remaining field have been drawn to Table 722 as Brian Rast and Matt Affleck share the flops today.
They indeed shared one in the following hand, which started with Rast's open to 25,000 from the second position. From the hijack, Affleck announced he was all in, shipping his chips towards the middle. Action folded back to Rast who called right away, putting Affleck at risk.

It was an easy call for Rast as he held the third-best starting hand. However, he was still trailing as Affleck woke up with the cowboys.
No queen emerged on the board , leaving Affleck ahead. He said he had 207,000 chips and the dealer provided a formal count to confirm Affleck's number.
