Holloway Off to a Great Start

Niveau 2 : 50/100, 0 ante

Chad Holloway has doubled his starting stack early on Day 1. The WSOP gold bracelet holder took down back-to-back hands as we passed by his table.

In the first pot, Holloway opened to 300 and got one caller. The flop came {a-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{j-Hearts} and Holloway fired again, this time for 400 and received a call. The {q-Clubs} hit on the turn and Holloway bet 1,000 and it was enough to claim the pot.

The next hand, Holloway made bets preflop and on the turn getting a fold from his opponent.

Hall Picks Up a Pot

Niveau 1 : 25/50, 0 ante

Galen Hall fired out a bet of 1,500 on the turn of an {a-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds}{2-Spades}{10-Hearts} board and was called by his lone opponent. The river was the {3-Spades} and Hall fired again, this time for 4,500. His opponent thought briefly, asking if Hall had the four and five of spades. "That would be the nuts," replied Hall as his opponent mucked.
