Thomas Pettersson claimed the blinds in the previous hand and raised to 7,000 again from the cutoff. Ivo Donev called out of the big blnd and bet the pot on the flop. Pettersson called all in for his last 3,800 and the cards were tabled.

After the elimination of James Hoeppner, the dealers were instructed to stop after their current hand is over to start hand-for-hand mode on the direct money bubble. One table was still running, though, and the turn showed . Michal Mrakes checked from the small blind and Krzysztof Magott bet 10,600 in the big blind before Mrakes check-raised all in for 20,700. Magott called and the cards were tabled after all other tables were finished.

Magott needed a deuce to improve to a full house, but the river was a blank and Mrakes doubled.
Brandon Cantu raised to 5,000 and Nico Ehlers called, as did Rene Berube in the big blind. The flop of was checked through and Berube also checked the turn. Cantu bet 8,000 and Ehlers folded, before Berube's check-raise to 18,000 was called by Cantu.
On the river, Berube bet 11,000 and Cantu raised to 32,000, which Berube called by tossing in a single chip. Cantu rolled over for kings full and secured a big pot on the direct money bubble.
For each hand on the money bubble, two minutes are taken off the clock to avoid stalling.
There were two all in and call on the money bubble on different tables and Alexander Lakhov was awaiting his fate, the all in was already called by Aaron Duczak. One table over, James Akenhead raised to 7,000 and Chris Ferguson three-bet the pot out of the blinds. Akenhead shoved for 24,100 and Ferguson called with the superior stack.

The board of was a roller coaster for Lakhov, who had top set on the flop but was in need of the board to pair. Running eights ensured just that and he also doubled.
Alex Foxen and Chris Ferguson are both in the running for the 2017 WSOP Player of the Year and both are the far shortest stacks on the money bubble right now.
In the meanwhile, Jose Obadia bet the river of a board for just 5,500 from the button and Felipe Ramos in the big blind check-called. Obadia rolled over for the nut flush and Ramos mucked face up. "I called you for the three," the Spaniard added while raking in the pot.
Fabian Scherle defended his big blind and check-called a bet by Nico Ehlers on the flop before calling all in after the turn.
Ehlers turned over the and Scherle showed for top pair, gutshot and a flush draw. The river saw Ehlers end up raking the pot of more than 120,000 with two pair, bursting the money bubble.
James Akenhead raised from the button and called the shove of short stack Georgios Zisimopoulos in the small blind.

Ivaylo Sivinov was the next casualty before Chris Ferguson ended up all in and at risk with his few big blinds and the . Akenhead looked him up with an d the board of gave Akenhead a pair of sixes on the river.
Alex Foxen survived the money bubble with one big blind and busted in 30th place while Oskar Wolski was the next player to bust. Wolski was all in after a flop of and the cards were turned over.
