Loeser Finds a Double on Merzhvinskii

In a raised pot, the flop showed {2-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{6-Hearts} and Aleksandr Merzhvinskii first checked in the big blind before raising to 5,000 after a bet of 2,000 from Manig Loeser on the button. Loeser decided to raise it again to 11,200 and Merzhvinskii made the call.

The turn was the {j-Diamonds} and Merzhvinskii check-called another bet from Loeser for 13,000 after a few minutes.

The {j-Hearts} paired the board on the river and Merzhvinskii checked to Loeser who pushed all in for 48,000 remaining chips. Merzhvinskii went deep into the tank and tossed in a chip for the call. Loeser tabled {5-Spades}{4-Spades} for a flopped straight while Merzhvinskii showed {k-Spades}{6-Spades}.

Bensimhon Busts Negreanu

Eyal Bensimhon raised to 1,800 from under the gun and was called by Daniel Negreanu in the middle position and Yake Wu in the big blind.

The flop came {q-}{9-}{4-} with one club, Wu checked, Bensimhon continued with a bet of 4,500 which was called by both Negreanu and Wu.

The turn was the {7-Diamonds}, everyone checked to the {8-} to complete the board. Wu checked, Bensimhon led out for 14,500. Negreanu shoved for 61,000 and only Bensimhon made the call with {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} for the straight. Negreanu held {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for the pair of queens to be sent to the rail just before the dinner break.

Zaskodny's River-Raise Wins the Pot

Tobias Eckl limped in from the hijack and Lukas Zaskodny raised to 2,100 on the button. Emmanouil Fountoulakis called in the small blind. Sylvain Loosli three-bet to 9,000 in the big blind. Eckl folded and both Zaskodny and Fountoulakis called.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}{4-Spades}, Fountoulakis check-folded to the 8,500 bet of Loosli while Zaskodny made the call.

The turn brought them the {3-Clubs}, Loosli continued with a bet of 15,500 and Zaskodny responded with a raise to 40,000. Loosli opted to fold.

Madsen Makes the Right Call

In a raised pot, the flop read {5-Diamonds}{4-Clubs}{4-Hearts} and Egzon Krasniqi bet 4,100 in the big blind seat, called by Jeff Madsen.

The same action happened on the {a-Clubs} turn, this time for 7,400. On the {q-Clubs} river, Krasniqi fired 21,500 and Madsen tanked before calling. "Nice call" said Krasniqi while revealing {10-Spades}{6-Diamonds}. Madsen showed {a-Spades}{10-Hearts} and grabbed the pot.
