Niveau 19 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Alexis Ibarrola was the first player to bust in the money and Iman Gazorishandiz then sent his short stack over to Julien Sitbon. The Frenchman came out on top with {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}{6-Spades} for a flopped straight on the {9-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} board.

Peter Bubbles PLO/NLH Mixed

Niveau 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Jaroslav Peter
Jaroslav Peter

Having survived the previous blinds with a single 1,000 chip, Jaroslav Peter folded his way around for another orbit before being all-in blind.

Apostolos Chatzopoulos raised to 6,000 and Kevin Schmidt raised to 14,000. Moncef Karoui and Chatzopoulos both called.

The three players checked the {j-Spades}{7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts} flop and the turn was the {8-Spades}. It checked to Karoui who bet 15,000 and Schmidt was the only caller.

Schmidt check-folded to a bet of 15,000 on the {5-Clubs} river and the cards were turned over.

Karoui had turned two pair with {8-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds} and Peter turned over his cards one by one. The first was the {4-Clubs} meaning any seven, jack or six would give him the win. However, his other card was the {10-Hearts} and he was eliminated.

Rutter Gives Up on the Turn

Niveau 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Pot-Limit Omaha

Stuart Rutter limped the small blind and Kevin Schmidt raised to 18,000 in the big blind for Rutter to call. On the {j-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{6-Hearts} flop, Rutter check-called for 20,000 and checked again the {6-Clubs} turn. Schmidt now bet 40,000 and the Brit folded.

Jaroslav Peter is currently not in the seat and has one single chip and a few hands at hid disposal.

Kessler Doubles Through Miniucchi

Niveau 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Marcel Kessler
Marcel Kessler

No-Limit Hold'em

Marcello Miniucchi raised to 12,000 and Julien Sitbon then three-bet to 35,000. Marcel Kessler four-bet to 125,000 on the button for more than half of his stack. Miniucchi then jammed for more than 230,000 and Sitbon had a dry smile on the face before folding, Kessler called it off.

Marcel Kessler: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Marcello Miniucchi: {k-Diamonds}{k-Clubs}

The {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{5-Hearts} flop vaulted Kessler in the lead and the {7-Spades} turn as well as the {q-Hearts} river were blanks. Kessler doubled for 189,000 and Sitbon mentioned in table chat he folded ace-queen.

Karoui Chips Up On the Bubble

Niveau 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Moncef Karoui defended the big blind against a button raise by Kevin Schmidt and check-raised the {10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop from 20,000 to 45,000 for Schmidt to call. On the {q-Clubs} turn, Karoui bet 59,000 and received a call before they knuckled the {2-Hearts} on the river.

Karoui tabled the {j-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for trips fives and won the pot.

Set Over Set on the Bubble

Niveau 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

Two players were all in on an {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} board with around 100,000 in the middle already.

Mikkel Plum was the at-risk player but he had flopped a set of aces with {a-Spades}{a-Diamonds}. Unluckily for Iman Gazorishandiz he had flopped a set of eights {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and was looking for a one outer to double up and burst the bubble.

The river was the {4-Clubs} and Gaziorishandiz doubled up.

Crocetta Gets Aces Cracked By Karoui

Niveau 18 : 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

No-Limit Hold'em

Moncef Karoui raised to 14,000 from an early position and Antonio Crocetta three-bet to 41,000 out of the big blind. Karoui then eyeballed the stack of his opponent, who had some 220,000 at his disposal, and moved all-in. Crocetta snap-called and had the best of it in the following showdown.

Antonio Crocetta: {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}
Moncef Karoui: {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}

The {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs} flop suddenly improved Karoui to trips and Crocetta only had one out remaining. Nothing changed with the {3-Hearts} turn and the {j-Diamonds} river brought the tournament to the stone cold money bubble. For each hand, two minutes will be taken off the clock.
