Bednar Wins From Legkyi

Niveau 18 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Action was caught in the turn {q-Hearts}{6-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades} where Volodymyr Legkyi check-raised to 100,000 the bet of Jan Bednar.

Bednar who had bet 30,000 made the call.

The river opened {4-Diamonds} and Legkyi checked.

Bednar took a second and then splashed out 375,000 for an overbet.

Legkyi went deep in the tank for almost three minutes and then folded.

Burns Among First Casualties in the Money

Niveau 18 : 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante

Simon Burns was at risk for around 300,000 and earned a caller in Daniel Petri from two seats over.

Simon Burns: {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Daniel Petri: {a-Spades}{q-Hearts}

The {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} flop kept the hopes of the Brit alive but he was drawing dead on the {q-Clubs} turn, which made the {7-Clubs} river a formality.

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Vojtech Ruzicka
Vojtech Ruzicka

The action started with a raise to 25,000 by Jovan Kenjic in the cutoff and Demetrio Caminita in the small blind three-bet to 106,000. Vojtech Ruzicka then moved all-in to force a fold from Kenjic while Caminita called it off for around 370,000.

Demetrio Caminita: {10-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}
Vojtech Ruzicka: {j-Spades}{j-Diamonds}

The superior pair prevailed on the {a-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{k-Spades}{4-Hearts} board and Caminita was eliminated as the second player in the money.

"I was ready to jam ace-deuce suited," Kenjic mentioned in table chat.

Enrico Campanile Bubbles 2021 WSOPE Main Event

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Enrico Campanile eliminated on the bubble

Thomas Denie opened to 27,000 and then called Enrico Campanile's all-in for 174,000. The floorman waited for the hands to finish before instructing the players to turn over their cards.

Enrico Campanile: {a-Diamonds}{8-Hearts}
Thomas Denie: {4-Hearts}{4-Diamonds}

Campanile added before the runout "I lost my last flip against fours," and it would like history would be repeated after the {7-Spades}{6-Hearts}{4-Clubs} flop. The {8-Diamonds} turn meant the at-risk player could only chop the pot and the {k-Diamonds} confirmed Campanile as this year's bubble boy for the Main Event.

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Karim Riyadi raised to 35,000 from the cutoff, Krasimir Yankov made it 78,000 from the button and Omar Eljach shoved for around 450,000.

Riyadi folded but Yankov snap-called for 250,000 that was his stack.

Krasimir Yankov: {k-Spades}{k-Diamonds}
Omar Eljach: {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}

The board ran out {6-Hearts}{5-Hearts}{4-Spades}{2-Spades}{6-Clubs} and gave the double up to Yankov.

Schemion Forces Fold From Nemes

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

A bigger pot was brewing on the {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{3-Spades} flop when Silviu Nemes check-raised to 135,000 from an early position and was called by Ole Schemion in the cutoff. Nemes then bet the {5-Hearts} turn for 195,000 and Schemion called.

The {5-Clubs} river was checked to Schemion, who bet for all but the last 8,000 chips. Nemes instantly folded and Schemion collected the pot with a big grin on the face without revealing his cards.

Kolonias and Nedelcu Find Doubles on Bubble

Niveau 17 : 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante
Alexandros Kolonias
Alexandros Kolonias

Alexandros Kolonias opened to 27,000 before jamming for 373,000 over the 180,000 three-bet from Boris Angelov, who called the all-in.

Alexandros Kolonias: {j-Hearts}{j-Spades}
Boris Angelov: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}

Kolonias, who had lost a serious chunk of his stack in the previous hand, was on the verge of a certain cash to being on the brink of elimination. The {10-Spades}{10-Clubs}{5-Clubs} flop was a safe one for the at risk player and the {j-Diamonds} turn sealed the double. The river was then the {8-Diamonds}.

The very next hand, Sasa Lalos jammed on the button and Narcis Nedelcu snapped in the big blind for his tournament life.

Narcis Nedelcu: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Sasa Lalos: {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}

Nedelcu was cool as a cucumber throughout and scooped on the {k-Spades}{6-Hearts}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}{8-Diamonds} runout.
