Pucci Ousts Vrakas

Niveau 20 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Lampros Vrakas shoved for a bit under 300,000 from middle position and action folded around to Michele Pucci in the small blind, who called to put Vrakas at risk.

Lampros Vrakas: JJ
Michele Pucci: AK

It was a fair fight, but the 2A8 flop paired Pucci's ace to vault him into the lead.

The 5 turn and 6 river changed nothing and Pucci added Vrakas' stack to his own.

Mao Wins a Flip Against Do

Niveau 20 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Anh Do raised to 50,000 in middle position and Dragoljub Martinovic called in the hijack. Renji Mao then moved all in for 700,000 in the small blind, Do reshoved for 800,000, and Martinovic got out of the way.

Renji Mao: 88
Anh Do: AQ

The two players were flipping for nearly 1,500,000 and watched as the board ran out 74322. Mao gave up a big fist pump when his eights stayed in front and he doubled up, dropping Do to an extreme short stack.

Giudice Picks Off Segl

Niveau 20 : Blinds 10,000/25,000, 25,000 ante

Petr Segl moved all in for 280,000 in middle position and Giovanni Giudice called in the big blind.

Petr Segl: J9
Giovanni Giudice: AK

Giudice had woken up with a monster hand and the A87 flop gave him top pair, while Segl picked up a straight draw. Segl improved no further on the 6 turn or 8 river and Giudice won the pot to send Segl to the rail.

A Sad State of Affairs

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Adrian State shoved for his last 200,000 from the cutoff and was called by Ioannis Chaitas in the big blind to be put at risk.

Adrian State: A9
Ioannis Chaitas: 77

The 876 flop improved Chaitas to a set, but State was still drawing live to a straight.

It wasn't meant to be, however, as the 8 turn improved Chaitas to a full house and left State drawing dead.

An irrelevant 9 completed the board and State was sent to the payout desk.

Saran Triples; Seeks to Grow Poker in His Native Country

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

[Removed:446] snapped a photo of a three-way all in encounter he was just involved in that catapulted up over 1,000,000.

"Big stack raise, short stack jam, I re-jam," Saran explained. Saran had AQ and was up against AK and AK.

The Q fell right in the window, and the rest of the board came 9852 as Saran tripled up.

Saran is from Mongolia and is looking to promote the game in his home country. "It helps grow the game," he explained.

Petri Triples Up

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Action was caught when the dealer was counting the stacks of Stefan Petri in middle position, Maria Lampropulos in the hijack and Cedric Jaby in the cutoff, as all three of them moved all in preflop. Petri had the shortest stack, with 223,000 chips.

Stefan Petri: AJ
Maria Lampropulos: KK
Cedric Jaby: AK

On 5J7J8, Petri was lucky enough to hit trips to triple up. With her kings, Lampropulos took the side pot but lost a big part of her stack.

Niveau 19 : Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Djadid Arifovski also went all in for less on the button, and Matthew Davenport also went all in for around 1,200,000. Hen got out of the way and a three-way showdown was held.
