Bruno Stefanelli and Filip Lovric both limped in before Grzegorz Derkowski raised to 11,000 in the small blind. Only Lovric called on the button.
The flop came Q♦4♦7♥ and Derkowski got his last 35,600 in the middle, with Lovric quickly calling.
Grzegorz Derkowski: A♥A♦3♠3♥
Filip Lovric: 8♣7♣6♦5♣
Derkowski showed down a pair of aces, while Lovric was looking to complete a straight draw. The board ran out K♠J♥ and Derkowski held on to double up.
At the same time at another table, Pierre Erbland was busted for the fourth time today, this time by Farid Jattin who moved up to around 120,000.
Four ways with 4,000 each invested to the J♠4♦2♠ flop, the action checked around to the 6♦ turn. Alexander Mueller bet 12,000 and was called by Andreas Tomazou, Roman Verenko folded and Salih Atac also called on the button.
Mueller then bet the 5♥ river for 18,000, Tomazou quickly called and Atac folded while exposing pocket jacks face-up.
Tomazou already exposed his A♥Q♦8♦3♠ for a wheel and Mueller mucked.
Dario Alioto bet 17,000 from early position on a flop of 4♠6♠K♦ and Vivian Saliba called in the hijack, as did small blind Barny Boatman.
The turn was the 3♥ and Alioto shoved his last 50,000 in the middle. Saliba called all in for 35,000, and Boatman mucked.
"What do I have to beat," Saliba asked as Alioto showed 7♠7♣6♣4♣ for two pair. Saliba turned over A♠J♠J♣5♠ for a flush draw.
The river came the Q♠ and Saliba hit her flush to double up and leave Alioto on a short stack.
Tayfun Dogan and Nikolaos Kofinakos built a pot of around 30,000 heading to the 5♣6♦4♦ flop. Kofinakos then moved all in for 35,000 in the small blind and Dogan called under the gun.
Tayfun Dogan: A♦K♦9♣7♣
Nikolaos Kofinakos: 10♦9♥8♦6♥
Dogan had a straight draw to go with the nut flush draw, while Kofinkaos had a pair of sixes and his own, inferior flush draw.
The Q♣ turn was no help to Dogan, while the 9♠ fell on the river and he missed everything as Kofinakos made two pair. The stacks were counted down and Kofinakos barely had him covered, sending Dogan to the rail.
Patrik Jaros raised and then called the three-bet shove by Roland Israelashvili for the last 10,100.
Roland Israelashvili: J♠10♠7♦6♦
Patrik Jaros: 6♣4♠3♠3♣
Both players had double-suited combos and Israelashvili came out on top thanks to the K♥10♦7♥A♦5♥ runout.
Niveau: 9
Blinds: 800/1,600
Ante: 1,600
With around 55,000 in the middle on a board of 10♥K♥5♠6♣, Azad Tekes bet 25,000 from under the gun before Zhengfa Ye, in the small blind, raised to 120,000.
Tekes called and the river came the Q♠. Both players had around 20,000 remaining and Ye moved all in. Tekes shrugged before tossing in a chip to call.
Ye then turned over A♥Q♥J♥8♠ for the nut straight on the river. "I knew exactly you were bluff betting," Tekes said as he flung K♣10♦10♠4♥ into the middle of the table.
The stacks were counted down and Ye barely had Tekes covered, sending him to the rail and a mountain of chips heading over in his direction.
In a limped pot to the J♥8♦4♥K♠, Markus Anheier got his last 19,400 into the middle against Alexi Skoulos to create the following showdown.
Markus Anheier: Q♣10♦9♦8♠
Alexi Skoulos: K♦J♦5♥2♣
Skoulos was ahead with two pair but had multiple straight outs to dodge. Anheier improved thanks to the A♠ river and remained in contention.
