Armin Mette
Armin Mette

Armin Mette raised to 35,000 from the cutoff and was called by Maciej Rogacki on the button and Marcin Kreft in the big blind.

The flop came {4-Spades}{9-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, Kreft checked, Metter bet 45,000 which Rogacki called. Kreft now decided to shove for 199,000 in total. Mette also shoved for 340,000 in total and Rogacki snap-called,

Marcin Kreft: {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}
Armin Mette: {q-Clubs}{9-Hearts}
Maciej Rogacki: {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}

Kreft and Mette had both flopped top pair with Mette holding the higher kicker while Rogacki had the overpair.

The turn was the {q-Diamonds} to give Mette two pair and have Kreft drawing dead. Rogacki needed an ace, six or four to have the higher two pair and eliminate both Mette and Kreft.

The river completed the board with the {8-Diamonds} for Mette to hold on to his lead and double up through Rogacki and take Kreft's last chips.
