flop, Seth Fischer and Marcus Liow checked to Maria Ho, who bet 1,000. Fischer called, Liow check-raised to 4,500, Ho called, and Fischer called as well.
On the 
turn, Fischer checked, Liow checked, and Ho checked as well. However, as soon as the 
river was dealt, Liow veered up and indicated he hadn't checked. However, his hand had made a tapping motion, both confirmed by the dealer and other players, and the floor ruled to proceed as normal.
The river got checked around as well and Fischer showed 
to take down the hand.
