Orpen Kisacikoglu {a-Spades}{4-Spades} raised to 10,000 from under the gun and Antonio Smeraglia three-bet all in for 34,000 from the next position. Hossein Ensan {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts} four-bet all in for 165,000 from the hijack and Kisacikoglu folded.

Smeraglia was the at risk player and needed to win his flip to stay alive.

The {2-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{8-Hearts} gave Smeraglia a set but the turn {10-Diamonds} improved Ensan to a straight draw. The river {j-Diamonds} completed his straight and sent Smeraglia to the rail.
