Szecsi Seems Unstoppable

Niveau 26 : 25,000/50,000, 50,000 ante

Norbert Szecsi raised to 125,000 from the hijack with {10-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}, Mikalai Pobal defended his big blind with {4-Spades}{4-Clubs}. The flop came {q-Spades}{a-Spades}{10-Hearts} for Szecsi to hit a pair of tens. He looked at his cards once more and checked, Pobal did the same. The turn was the {2-Hearts} to not change things, they both checked through to the {k-Spades} on the river. It went check-check again for more chips to go into Szecsi's stack.

Tomas Paiva limped in from the early position with {a-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. Luke Marsh completed his small blind with {a-Hearts}{7-Diamonds} and Ricardo Da Rocha opted to check with {9-Hearts}{4-Spades}. The flop came {6-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{j-Clubs}, they all checked through to the {5-Clubs} to keep Marsh ahead but it also gave Rocha the open-ended straight draw. Marsh checked, Da Rocha bet 150,000, Paiva folded and so did Marsh.
