The second-biggest 2021 PokerStars EPT Prague €5,300 Main Event has whittled down a field of 1,190 entries to the final 42 contenders and they will be back in their seats at noon local time in the King's Casino at the Hilton Hotel Prague. All have locked up a payday of €17,780 so far but the lion's share of the €5,771,500 prize pool is still up for grabs.

Three EPT champions of the popular live poker circuit remain in contention to potentially become the third two-time winner including Dimitar Danchev (845,000), Hossein Ensan (765,000), and Adrian Mateos (495,000). For Ensan in particular, it would be the second time he hoisted the coveted Main Event trophy at the same location.

Gab Yong Kim sits atop the leaderboard when the action resumes and returns with a stack of 2,300,000. During the last edition of the marquee event in the capital of the Czech Republic back in 2019, the South Korean finished in 9th place for €74,770 and has been very successful in various online poker competitions since. Only five big blinds behind Kim is Dawid Kuliberda (2,200,000) and Demetrio Caminita (1,850,000) occupies the final spot on the podium.

The 2019 WSOP Europe Main Event champion Alexandros Kolonias is the shortest stack and has ten blinds (195,000) at his disposal.

The blinds will continue in level 22 at 10,000/20,000 and a big blind ante of 20,000. All levels last 90 minutes each and Day 4 is expected to play down to the final two tables. PokerStars will be broadcasting the live stream action of the feature table on a security delay of 30 minutes on the YouTube and Twitch channels while all PokerNews live updates from the outer tables will be published in real time.

Alexandros Kolonias: {a-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
David Huspeka: {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}

Ten Haven Gets Value From Vinayagamoorthy

Niveau 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

David Vinayagamoorthy raised the button and was called by Duco ten Haven in the big blind. On the {a-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Clubs} flop, both players opted to check. The {10-Hearts} followed on the turn and Ten Haven now bet 80,000, which Vinayagamoorthy called.

Both headed to the {4-Diamonds} river on which Ten Haven bet 150,000 after using almost the entire 30 seconds to act. Vinayagamoorthy used one time bank extension and then tossed in a single chip for the call. Ten Haven rolled over the {a-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} for the top pair and it was good enough to win the pot.

Jack Sinclair
Jack Sinclair

The cutoff opened and Andrea Cortellazzi three-bet shoved for 1,100,000 from the small blind. Jack Sinclair called from the big blind before the cutoff folded and action was heads-up with Cortellazzi at risk.

Andrea Cortellazzi: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Jack Sinclair: {k-Hearts}{k-Spades}

The board ran out {8-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{8-Spades} and Cortellazzi moved above 2,000,000 while leaving Sinclair with crumbs.

Just two hands later, Gab Yong Kim raised to 45,000 from middle position and Jack Sinclair shoved for 125,000 from the button. Action folded around and Kim tossed in chips to call.

Jack Sinclair: {a-Clubs}{8-Spades}
Gab Yong Kim: {6-Diamonds}{6-Spades}

The board ran out {k-Clubs}{4-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}{4-Spades}{5-Diamonds} and the sixes held to knock Sinclair out of the tournament.

Konakchiev Forces Out Mateos With Nine-High

Niveau 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Adrian Mateos opened to 40,000 with {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs} in the cutoff and Valentino Konakchiev defended his big blind with {9-Spades}{4-Spades}

Konakchiev checked and Mateos bet 65,000. He then check-raised to 150,000 and Mateos called.

The pair then checked the {k-Hearts} turn and the river was the {2-Diamonds}. Konakchiev used a time bank before moving all in for 650,000. Mateos was covered and used two time banks of his own before eventually folding.

Tulin Eliminated by Sade

Niveau 22 : 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante

Sharon Sade made it 40,000 to go in the hijack and Nikolai Tulin then moved all-in.

"How much is it?" Sade inquired and Tulin replied "less than ten blinds". His shove was for 185,000 and Sade then called.

Nikolai Tulin: {a-Clubs}{10-Spades}
Sharon Sade: {q-Hearts}{5-Hearts}

Tulin was somewhat surprised to see the suited queen on the other side of the table and the {4-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} flop gave both players a straight draw. On the {a-Hearts} turn, Sade improved to a straight and Tulin now needed a five to chop. Instead, the {6-Diamonds} fell on the river and Tulin was ousted in 41st place.
