De Souza Doubles in a Multi-way Pot

Niveau 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Sirzat Hissou raised to 18,000 in early position and picked up calls from Seth Davies in the cutoff, Belarmino De Souza in the small blind and Hugo Pingray in the big blind.

The dealer fanned the flop of {q-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{7-Hearts} and Hissou continued with a bet of 22,000. All three of his opponents called and there were still four players alive heading to the {k-Diamonds} on the turn.

Hissou fired out another bet of 84,000 on the turn and Davies quickly folded. De Souza jammed all in for 167,000 which got a fold from Pingray and Hissou asked for a count before making the call.

De Souza tabled {10-Spades}{9-Spades} for a straight while Hissou needed some help with {k-Hearts}{q-Spades}. The river was the {8-Hearts} and De Souza held on for more than a double up.

Dvoress' Diamond Dings Danchev

Niveau 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

After a pot of about 60,000 had been built by the {k-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds} flop, Daniel Dvoress checked the flop to Dimitar Danchev who bet 10,000.

Dvoress called, and after the {j-Spades} fell on the turn, both players checked.

The {8-Diamonds} came on the river and Dvoress bet 15,000. Danchev looked a bit miffed and after a bit of thought splashed 15,000 in front of him.

Dvoress showed {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}, with his tiny diamond good enough to send Danchev's hand to the muck.

Sam Greenwood

Following a raise under the gun to 16,000 by Sam Grafton and calls from Pedro Marques in middle position and Adrian Mateos in late position, Sam Greenwood examined his opponent's stacks, and with the second biggest stack at his table and each opponent well covered, he moved all in.

Grafton folded, Marques folded, and finally, Mateos folded to send a decent pot to Greenwood as his stack approached seven figures.

Astedt Unsure About His Fold

Niveau 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Niklas Astedt raised to 18,000 under the gun and Thomas Muehloecker three-bet to 42,000 in the hijack. Gregoire Auzoux four-bet shoved all in for 351,000 which put Astedt in the tank. The Swede asked for a count and then used two of his time banks before letting his hand go. Muehloecker quickly did the same and Auzoux collected the pot.

On the next hand, Ben Heath opened to 19,000 on the button and Astedt called from the big blind. The flop came {k-Clubs}{10-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and Astedt checked to Heath who bet 12,000. Astedt check-raised to 47,000 and Heath instantly mucked his cards.

"Jacks?" Auzoux questioned about the previous hand. Astedt shrugged his shoulders with a smirk on his face but gave no indication what he folded.

Joao Vieira raised to 18,000 under the gun and was called by Orpen Kisacikoglu in the big blind.

The flop came {10-Hearts}{6-Spades}{7-Diamonds} and Kisacikoglu checked. Vieira bet 30,000 and was check-raised to 100,000 by Kisacikoglu, which was a bit under a third of his remaining stack.

After a bit of thought, Vieira folded his hand, sending the pot to his neighbor to the right.

One Pair is Good for Ponakovs

Niveau 10 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Steve O'Dwyer raised to 16,000 in the cutoff and Aleksejs Ponakovs defended from the big blind. The flop fell {k-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Ponakovs checked to O'Dwyer who continued with a bet of 11,000. Ponakovs check-raised to 36,000 and O'Dwyer three-bet to 68,000. Ponakovs just called and the {q-Hearts} landed on the turn.

That slowed the action as both players checked to the {a-Diamonds} on the river. Ponakovs checked again and O'Dwyer used a time bank before checking it back. Ponakovs showed {k-Spades}{4-Hearts} for a pair of kings and O'Dwyer sent his cards to the muck.

Sam Grafton raised it up in middle position and Kannapong Thanarattrakul shoved his last 24,000 in the middle from the cutoff. Grafton wasted little time before calling and the cards were on their backs.

Kannapong Thanarattrakul: {a-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
Sam Grafton: {a-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}

Despite being dominated, Grafton flopped the best hand on the {k-Hearts}{9-Spades}{8-Spades} flop. The last two aces in the deck completed the board and Grafton's full house sent Thanarattrakul on his way.
