After losing around 230,000 chips to Barak Oz in the previous hand, Siegfried Kapeller bounced back with style. Sitting under the gun, Kapeller opened to 120,000 and picked up calls from Oz in the small blind and Jaehyung Park in the big blind.

The flop brought J♣J♥J♦, and all three players opted to check, keeping the pot controlled.

On the 7♦ turn, Park seized the initiative, leading out for 85,000. Kapeller was the only caller, and they went heads-up to the river.

The 6♣ appeared on the river, prompting another quick bet from Park, this time for 90,000. Kapeller took his time before raising to 210,000, leaving himself with about 490,000 behind. Park mulled over the decision, burning a time bank card before eventually making the call.

Kapeller revealed K♥J♠ for quad jacks, scooping the pot in dramatic fashion and signaling his comeback.

A flop of 10♥8♥6♦ kept his pocket jacks in the lead, but Eskes did add a gutshot to his outs list. One of those outs arrived on the 9♥ turn as Eskes improved to a straight, which meant Ruggeri was drawing to a chop. Only a queen could keep him alive, but the 2♠ river wasn't what he needed, and Ruggeri was out in eleventh.

A fourth spade in the form of the 3♠ fell on the turn and Chisu opted to check-call a bet of 225,000 from Bergstrom.

Chisu checked for the last time when the 4♦ came on the river. Bergstrom carved out a bet of 825,000 and Chisu snap-called.

Bergstrom flipped over the nut flush with A♠7♠ and won the pot, as Chisu showed the second nuts with A♣K♠.
