There was a raise to 55,000 from early position and Adrian Mateos three-bet to 150,000 from middle position. Michael Khan was sitting directly to his left and four-bet to 305,000. The action was folded back around to Mateos who looked back at his cards and then announced all in for around 475,000. Khan quickly called and the cards were tabled.

Fresh off winning the $1,100 MILLIONS Open event last night, Rainer Kempe has taken a seat along with Steffen Sontheimer who finished in sixth place of the $25,500 MILLIONS Super High Roller.

Green Lays Down

We join the action on a flop, with around 180,000 in the middle, in a hand between Terry Green, Kristian Wiermyhr and Ari Engel.

Green and Wiermyhr both checked the action over to Engel on the button, who put out a bet of 110,000. Green made the call from the small blind, with Wiermyhr check-raising to 250,000. Engel quickly folded, with Green hitting the call button once more.

Zinno Joins His Fellow Americans at the Registration Desk

Although late registration is open until the end of the fourth level, a lot of players have not been shy to stick their chips in the middle to try and run up a stack.

With already 650,000 in the middle and the board reading , Anthony Zinno checked from middle position to his opponent in the cutoff that bet 350,000. Zinno check-raised all in for 1.32 million and his opponent went into the tank. Over two minutes he finally made the call and tabled . Zinno had plenty of outs with but the on the river was not one of them.

Zinno was headed off to the registration desk to re-enter and was joined by his fellow Americans, Ryan Riess and Alex Foxen.

Ioannis Shows One

After raising pre-flop under the gun, Ioannis Angelou-Konstas put out an 80,000 continuation bet on a flop. Diego Ventura, after calling pre from the big blind, check-called flop, as the two players went to the turn.

Ventura checked again, with Angelou-Konstas continuing to apply the pressure with a second barrel worth 270,000. After a moment, Ventura made the call, before the came down on the river. Ventura checked a third time, and was faced with an all-in for his entire 1,010,000-chip stack.

After having spent two minutes in the tank, the clock was eventually called on Ventura, who let the clock run down, rendering his hand dead. Angelou-Konstas offered to show one card, giving Ventura a choice of which. The was exposed. "We all knew you had that card!" came the cry from the table.

Rivest Off to a Quick Start

Kevin Rivest had built up a stack to over 2.0 million since the start of the day and the cards keep coming. He raised to 50,000 from under the gun and was called by the cutoff and the big blind.

The flop came and Philip Hepburn led out for 150,000 from the big blind. Rivest raised to 300,000 and the cutoff folded. Hepburn pushed all in for his remaining 520,000 and Rivest snapped him off. Hepburn tabled but Rivest was way ahead with .

The turn brought the giving Hepburn a flush draw but the on the river only improved Rivest's hand to a set of aces. Hepburn was eliminated and Rivest continued to stack chips.

Saxby Is Sick

Kelly Saxby opened with a raise under the gun to 50,000, with action folding all the way round to Thomas Boivin in the big blind. He made the call as the two players took a flop heads-up.

Boivin checked over to Saxby, who put out a continuation bet of 65,000, and was quickly called. On the turn, Boivin took control, leading into Saxby for 185,000, before Saxby fired back with a raise to 460,000. After some thought, Boivin shoved all-in for Saxby's 1,500,000 remaining stack. Saxby snap-called and the cards were on their backs.

Both players turned a flush, with Saxby's leaving Boivin's drawing to just one out. Unfortunately for Saxby, one out was plenty, and Boivin hit the for the straight flush, knocking Saxby out.

Sevilla Scoops One Up

Justin Sevilla opened with a raise to 55,000 UTG+1, with Endre Sagstuen called on the button, before Lucas Blanco put in the 3-bet to 200,000 from the small blind. Sevilla and Sagstuen both called and they took an flop three ways.

Blanco checked, with Sevilla opting to take control of the pot, betting out 155,000. Sagstuen quickly moved out of the way, with Blanco calling as they went heads up to the turn. Action was checked over to Sevilla for a second time, where he deliberately put together 325,000 chips and moved them over the line.

All Blanco could do was raise his eyebrows. He didn't move a muscle for almost a minute, before reaching for his cards. He reluctantly folded his cards, as Sevilla dragged in the pot.
