Welcome to Day 3 of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event at the Baha Mar Resort on New Providence Island in The Bahamas. Cards go in the air at 12 p.m. local time for the third day of this six-day event.
A total of 889 entries were put in for the PCA Main Event, and Alex Kulev leads the 151 surviving players from Day 2 with 704,000. Ehsan Amiri trails in second with 518,000, and Evan Sparling rounds out the top three with 469,000.

Chino Rheem, Chance Kornuth, and Mustapha Kanit also found their way to the leaderboard in a tournament that drew some of poker's biggest stars from all over the world. They'll return in Level 14 with blinds at 1,500/3,000/3,000, and the plan is to play another five 90-minute levels on Day 3.
Other returning players include Nick Petrangelo, Chris Brewer, Chad Eveslage, Maria Ho, as well as PokerStars Ambassadors Sam Grafton, Andre Akkari, and Roman Colillas.
The money bubble is expected to burst on Day 3, and the top 127 players are guaranteed a min-cash of $17,600. The field generated a prize pool of $8,623,300, from which the winner will take home $1,500,000. Today's action will be streamed on the PokerStars Twitch channel.

Steve O'Dwyer opened to 6,500 from middle position and was called by Elio Fox on his direct left and Stefan Lehner from the small blind.
Action checked through to the river for the final board to show . Chen checked and O'Dwyer bet 8,000. Fox thought about it for a moment before settling on a fold and Lehner called after some time in the tank.

Chance Kornuth raised to 6,000 from early position and was three-bet by Rudy Cervantes, who made it 16,000 from middle position. Kornuth called.

Andre Akkari opened to 6,000 from under the gun and was called by Chino Rheem and Thomas Eychenne from the cutoff and big blind respectively.
Action checked through to the river, with the completed board of on display.
Eychenne checked and Akkari fired for 8,000.
"I made a good check on the turn," said Rheem as he called before Eychenne got out of the way.
"You made a good check on the flop," replied Akkari as he tabled his for a pair of kings.
Rheem, however, had the for a pair of aces to take down the pot.

Maria Konnikova raised to 6,500 from late position and Fabian Bernhauser came along from the button before Christoph Csik called in the big blind. The flop was and Konnikova continued for 9,000. Bernhauser called and Csik got out of the way for the on the turn. Konnikova checked the turn and Bernhauser fired 22,500, which Konnikova called to see on the river. Konnikova fired another bet and Bernhause tossed his cards in the muck to give up the pot.
Meanwhile, across the room, Nick Petrangelo was seen stacking up a big pot with showing and on the board. The apparent double moved Petrangelo over the 600,000 mark.
