Hands #10-14: Everyone Mixing It Up

Niveau 12 : 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Hand #10: David Peters raised to 18,000 in the hijack with {a-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and Christoph Vogelsang three-bet to 76,000 in the small blind with {7-Spades}{6-Spades}. The action was back on Peters who quickly laid his hand down.

Hand #11: The action folded to Dan Smith in the small blind who raised it up to 33,000 with {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}. Stephen Chidwick called from the big blind with {a-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and the flop came {a-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}.

Smith led out for 25,000 and Chidwick called to see the {7-Clubs} pair the board on the turn. Smith tossed in another bet of 70,000 even though he was drawing dead. Chidwick went into the tank before sticking in a raise to 170,000. That spelled the end of Smith as he sent his cards to the muck.

Hand #12: Vogelsang opened to 19,000 in the cutoff with {q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts} and Smith flat-called on the button with {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}. Peters also called in the big blind with {9-Clubs}{9-Diamonds} and the flop fell {k-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}. Peters checked, Vogelsang continued for 19,000, Smith called, and Peters folded the best hand.

The {10-Diamonds} landed on the turn and Vogelsang checked this time. Smith bet 42,000 after picking up a straight draw and a flush draw. Vogelsang called and the {5-Diamonds} completed the board. Vogelsang led out for 115,000 with the better flush and Smith found the right fold.

Hand #13: Peters raised to 28,000 in the small blind with {j-Clubs}{4-Clubs} and Bryn Kenney defended his big blind with {a-Diamonds}{6-Hearts}. The flop fell {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {9-Diamonds} on the turn.

Peters checked again and Kenney also checked as the {7-Diamonds} completed the board. Peters checked for the third time with four diamonds on the board and Kenney pushed in an overbet of 81,000. Peters slid his cards to the muck and Kenney dragged in the pot.

Hand #14: Chidwick bumped it up to 18,000 in the cutoff with {q-Spades}{q-Hearts} and Peters called on the button with {k-Spades}{7-Spades}. Koray Aldemir tagged along with {q-Clubs}{10-Spades} in the big blind and the flop came {k-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. The action checked around to the {6-Hearts} on the turn and the {k-Diamonds} on the river. Aldemir checked his rags and Chidwick fired out 33,000. Peters raised to 135,000 and Aldemir sent his cards to the muck. Chidwick folded and Peters dragged in the pot.

Hands #15-19: Kenney Climbs Back

Hand #15: David Peters raised to 20,000 from the cutoff with {J-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Christoph Vogelsang called in the big blind holding {A-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

The flop landed {8-Clubs}{5-Hearts}{7-Spades} and Vogelsang checked to Peters who continued for 38,000. Vogelsang folded, and Peters was pushed the pot.

Hand #16: David Peters was dealt the {Q-Spades}{Q-Diamonds}, and he opened the hijack to 18,000 and Dan Smith defended his {6-Diamonds}{4-Clubs} in the big blind.

The flop fell {9-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{7-Clubs} and Smith checked to Peters who bet 36,000. Smith folded, and Peters was pushed the pot.

Hand #17: Bryn Kenney opened to 18,000 holding {7-Spades}{7-Hearts} from the hijack and Dan Smith called from the small blind with {A-Clubs}{9-Diamonds}.

The flop landed {5-Spades}{4-Clubs}{10-Clubs} and Smith checked to Kenney who continued for 17,000. Smith called, and when the turn fell the {J-Hearts}, Smith tapped the table once again as Kenney checked behind.

The {6-Diamonds} completed the board on the river and both players checked. Kenney tabled his pocket sevens, and he is pushed the pot.

Hand #18: Christoph Vogelsang raised to 16,000 holding {6-Clubs}{5-Clubs} from the cutoff, and David Peters called in the big blind with {J-Hearts}{5-Spades}.

The flop fell {3-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs} and a bet of 13,000 from Vogelsang was enough for him to win the pot.

Hand #19: Christoph Vogelsang raised to 17,000 holding {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs} in the hijack and Bryn Kenney called in the big blind with {8-Spades}{6-Clubs}.

The flop fell {J-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} and Kenney checked to Vogelsang who bet 15,000. Kenney called, and the turn fell the {4-Diamonds} and both players checked.

The river of the {2-Diamonds} saw Kenney lead out for 36,000 and Vogelsang mucked his ace-high.

Hands #20-26: Smith Runs a Nice Bluff

Hand #20: Stephen Chidwick opened for 18,000 in middle position with {k-Hearts}{q-Spades} and Koray Aldemir defended big blind with {a-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}.

Aldemir checked the {6-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{8-Hearts} flop and Chidwick checked back. The {5-Spades} hit on the turn and Aldemir bet 16,000. Chidwick peeled and the {j-Hearts} missed him. Aldemir bet 25,000 and took the pot without showdown.

Hand #21: Chidwick opened again for 18,000 with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} this time. Bryn Kenney mucked {a-Hearts}{5-Hearts} behind him and nobody else contested the pot.

Hand #22: Koray Aldemir opened for 17,000 on the button with {3-Spades}{3-Clubs}. Dan Smith held {q-Hearts}{8-Clubs} in the big blind and defended.

After two checks, on the turn, Smith slid in 30,000 and Aldemir mucked with {9-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{j-Clubs}{2-Spades} on the felt.

Hand #23: Action folded to Smith in the small blind and he completed with {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}. Chidwick checked his option with {a-Spades}{2-Spades}.

The {6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{6-Diamonds} flop prompted Smith to bet 8,000. Chidwick stuck around for the {8-Spades} turn. Smith slowed down with a check, Chidwick checked back, and the {7-Hearts} made it four to a straight. Smith took the opportunity to bet 40,000 and Chidwick released.

Hand #24: Christoph Vogelsang raised to 18,000 with {4-Spades}{4-Diamonds} in the cutoff and got no action.

Hand #25: David Peters made it 30,000 to go in the small blind with {5-Hearts}{2-Hearts} and Bryn Kenney defended with {q-Spades}{8-Hearts}.

Peters continuation-bet for 35,000 on the {a-Spades}{4-Hearts}{6-Spades} flop and Kenney peeled to the {k-Diamonds}. Peters fired again for 60,000 and Kenney released.

Hand #26: Chidwick raised to 18,000 in the cutoff with {k-Spades}{10-Diamonds} and Kenney three-bet shoved for 282,000 in the small blind holding {q-Spades}{j-Clubs}. Chidwick quickly mucked his cards and Kenney was awarded the pot.

Aldemir fired another 36,000 after making a straight and Vogelsang mucked his cards.

Hand #28: Bryn Kenney opened to 22,000 in the cutoff with {q-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and Aldemir flatted on the button with {10-Diamonds}{9-Diamonds}. Vogelsang three-bet to 100,000 in the small blind with {a-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds} and picked up the pot.

Hand #29: Vogelsang bumped it up to 20,000 on the button with {a-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Dan Smith shipped all in for 178,000 in the small blind with a dominating {a-Clubs}{9-Hearts}. Vogelsang gave it some thought but decided to let his hand go.

Hand #30: Kenney raised to 22,000 with {8-Spades}{8-Clubs} from under the gun and David Peters defended his big blind with {j-Spades}{10-Hearts}. The flop fell {j-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{5-Diamonds} and both players checked to the {9-Clubs} on the turn.

Peters led out for 20,000 with his top pair and Kenney called with a straight and flush draw. The {q-Spades} completed the board and both players quickly checked with Peters taking the pot.

Hand #31: Aldemir opened to 20,000 from under the gun with {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds} and Dan Smith moved all in for 218,000 in the cutoff holding {a-Clubs}{q-Spades}. Aldemir made a quick call and Smith was on the verge of elimination.

The flop came {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{2-Diamonds} which left Aldemir in the lead with his pair of kings. The {10-Clubs} on the turn gave Smith a straight and flush draw to keep things interesting. The {6-Clubs} on the river gave Smith the nut flush and a full double up through Aldemir.

The flop landed {3-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{J-Diamonds} and Smith checked to Peters who bet out 25,000. Smith called, and when the {2-Diamonds} fell on the turn, he checked again. Peters bet out 80,000 and Smith called as the river fell the {10-Clubs}.

Smith checked for a third time, and Peters bet 100,000. Smith used his full extension of free time before moving all in for 334,000 and Peters found a fold.

Hand #33: From the button, Bryn Kenney looked down at {K-Spades}{J-Spades} and opened it up with an all in shove for 227,000. Everyone folded, and Kenney collected the pot.

Hand #34: Stephen Chidwick opened to 25,000 holding {9-Spades}{8-Spades} under the gun and Christoph Vogelsang called in the small blind with {K-Diamonds}{J-Hearts}.

The flop landed {6-Clubs}{3-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} and Vogelsang checked to Chidwick who bet 25,000. Vogelsang folded, and Chidwick collected the pot.

Hand #35: From the cutoff, Koray Aldemir raised to 22,000 with {A-Spades}{Q-Clubs} and Dan Smith called from the small blind with {A-Clubs}{Q-Diamonds}. Stephen Chidwick came along from the big blind with {J-Hearts}{9-Clubs} as the flop landed {Q-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}.

Smith and Chidwick checked to Aldemir who bet 25,000 before Smith check-raised to 75,000. Chidwick responded with a three-bet to 175,000 total,

Aldemir folded, but Smith called as the turn fell the {6-Spades}. Smith checked, and Chidwick bet 180,000.

Smith called, and the {7-Hearts} completed the board on the river. Smith checked, and Chidwick put Smith all in for his final 316,000.

Smith called just before his time expired, and after he tabled his queens-up, Chidwick mucked.

Hand #38: From the button, David Peters shoved all in holding {Q-Hearts}{10-Clubs}, and he collected the blinds and ante.

Hand #39: David Peters raised the {K-Diamonds}{5-Spades} to 20,000 and collected the blinds and ante.

Hand #40: From the small blind, Christoph Vogelsang limped in holding {Q-Hearts}{10-Hearts} and Dan Smith bumped it to 40,000 with {A-Spades}{A-Hearts}.

Vogelsang called, and then checked the {9-Clubs}{7-Spades}{9-Hearts} flop over to Smith who bets 25,000. Vogelsang called, and the dealer produced the {Q-Clubs} on the turn.

Vogelsang checked, Smith bet 86,000, and Vogelsang called as the river fell the {4-Clubs}.

Vogelsang checked, Smith announced a bet of 225,000, and Vogelsang called just before his time expired.

Smith tabled his aces, and Vogelsang mucked.
