Presumably, a 3rd player was involved in the pot opening, but by the time we arrived, the action was already back on Vogelsang. He looked around for a bit and eventually called off the remaining 40,000 he had as well.

On the flop, Michalak continued for 85,000 and Vogelsang called before calling another 132,000 on the turn.
