Loeser Doubles Through Guo

Niveau 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

We missed the action but it was easy enough to put two and two together on this one.

Manig Loeser shoved all-in preflop for about 68,000 from late position and Dong Guo called, one seat over.

Loeser: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Guo: {5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}

The board ran out {j-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and Loeser earned the checkmark, scoring an easy double up.

Niveau 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

On a flop of {9-Clubs}{a-Spades}{3-Hearts}, Carlos Garcia Sarmiento checked from the hijack to Kahle Burns who bet 7,500 from the button. Sarmiento called and the turn was the {j-Clubs}. Both checked and the river was the {6-Spades}. Both checked again and Sarmiento showed {10-Diamonds}{10-Spades}. Burns revealed {q-Hearts}{j-Diamonds} to win the pot with the better pair.

Wake Up, Wang!

Niveau 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

The dealer knocked on the table in front of Guofeng Wang to indicate that it was his turn to act. He was engrossed with something on his phone and wasn't paying attention to the action. A player had already opened to 6,500 from early position and Wang was on the button.

Wang put his phone down, looked at his cards, and pushed all in. His opponent quickly called.

Wang: {7-Diamonds}{7-Spades}
Opponent: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}

The board ran out {6-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and the jacks won, eliminating Wang from play before the money.

Blondel Fires Every Street

Niveau 14 : 1,500/3,000, 500 ante

Viktor Ivanonv limped preflop from the small blind and Thibaut Blondel was given the option to check his big blind. Instead, he raised to 10,000 and Ivanov called.

The flop came {6-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} and Ivanov check-called a bet of 8,500 from Blondel. The turn was the {7-Hearts} and Ivanov check-called another 20,000.

The river was the {a-Clubs} and the same pattern began. Ivanov checked and Blondel bet 40,000. This time, Ivanov wasn't sure he wanted to call. He went in the tank for a few minutes before another player at the table called the clock. Once the clock began ticking down, he only needed about 15 seconds to throw the cards in the muck.

Yuki Ko now sitting with substantially more chips
Yuki Ko now sitting with substantially more chips

Yuki Ko opened to 5,500 from early position, getting shoved on from the player on the button. The all-in was for 30,200 and before action returned to Ko, the player in the big blind made the call.

Ko gathered a stack of yellow 5,000 chips and dropped them into the pot, enough to cover the player in the big blind. Ko's opponent went into the tank, counting out his stack multiple times.

Eventually, the player in the big blind folded and Ko turned over {a-Clubs}{a-Diamonds}. He was up against the player on the button's {a-Hearts}{k-Clubs}.

"Wow!" Yelled out the player in the big blind. A big "wow" came out of his mouth again when the board ran out {a-Spades}{9-Spades}{q-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}, telling Ko he would have won his whole stack if Ko had just called the preflop all-in.

The pot was about 15,000 and the flop was on the table reading {3-Clubs}{8-Spades}{j-Hearts}. Ryan Yu checked and Albert Paik bet 6,000. Yu raised 19,000 and Paik called.

The turn was the {7-Clubs} and Yu led out for 19,000. Paik called, going to a river of {7-Spades}. Yu bet again, making it 50,000. Paik quickly called.

"King-high," Yu said, sliding his cards in the muck without showing them.

"Do I have to show?" Paik asked, but collected the huge pot without revealing his hand.

"Everyone keeps trying to bluff you," another player laughed at the table.
