Sergey Lebedev Eliminated in 9th Place ($27,740)

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Sergey Lebedev
Sergey Lebedev

Sergey Lebedev moved all in for 202,000 from early position and Francois Billard called from the hijack. When action reached Steve O'Dwyer on the button, he tanked for a couple of minutes before moving all in over the top for a little over 700,000.

Both blinds folded and Billard instantly got out of the way.

O'Dwyer: {a-Clubs}{k-Hearts}
Lebedev: {a-Spades}{q-Diamonds}

Lebedev had a kicker problem and it didn't get resolved as the board ran out {9-Hearts}{8-Spades}{6-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{10-Spades}, Lebedev, who mentioned earlier that he is looking forward to May's PokerStars Championship in Sochi, took his leave in ninth place for $27,740.

Salas Pays Billard

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante

Damian Salas raised to 25,000 on the button, and Francois Billard defended his big blind. The flop came {2-Hearts}{6-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}, and Billard check-called 20,000. He then came out betting with 53,000 on the {5-Clubs} turn. Salas called. Billard bet again, 108,000, on the {8-Spades} river. Billard thought about a minute and slid in calling chips, but he couldn't beat {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}.

Andrew Chen Eliminated in 10th Place ($22,400)

Niveau 19 : 6,000/12,000, 2,000 ante
Andrew Chen
Andrew Chen

Action folded to Chris Hunichen in the small blind and he moved all in to put the pressure on Andrew Chen, who had around 100,000 back in the big blind.

Chen began look at the other table in an apparent attempt to see if any action was brewing. Other players had done similar earlier in the tournament, and it seemed to indicate that they were going to call off, but that they wanted to maximize their chances of laddering up. Eventually a clock was called, and when it became apparent nothing big was going down at Table 2, Chen did in fact call off.

Chen: {j-Spades}{9-Spades}
Hunichen:{q-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}

Chen was drawing to two live cards, and while the {a-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{7-Spades} flop didn't hit him directly, it did give him both straight and flush outs.

"Too many outs," Chen said. Indeed, that proved to be the case as neither the {K-Clubs} turn nor {A-Hearts} turn gave him a winner.

With that, the final nine players are now redrawing down to the final table.

Aleks Dimitrov Eliminated in 11th Place ($22,400)

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Sam Chartier opened for a raise to 22,000 and called when Aleks Dimitrov went all in for 127,000 in the small blind.

Chartier: {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}
Dimitrov: {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}

The board ran out dead for Dimitrov: {9-Spades}{q-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. Dimitrov knuckled the table forcefully and wished everyone good luck.

Sergio Aido Eliminated in 12th Place ($19,740)

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Sergio Aido
Sergio Aido

Sergio Aido moved all in for 102,000 from the cutoff and Damian Salas moved all in over the top from the button, which drove away both blinds.

Aido: {j-Spades}{j-Clubs}
Salas: {q-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}

Aido was looking for a jack, but he came up empty as the board ran out {10-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{2-Hearts}.

Paul Newey Eliminated in 13th Place ($19,740)

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante
Paul Newey
Paul Newey

Paul Newey shoved all in from the cutoff, and Sergey Lebedev called for what looked to be 89,000 in the small blind.

Newey: {k-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}
Lebedev: {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}

The board ran out dry as could be: {7-Hearts}{6-Clubs}{6-Diamonds}{3-Spades}{10-Spades}. That was just fine by Lebedev, who collected Newey's stack.

Sergio Aido's Turn to Double Through Sergey Lebedev

Niveau 18 : 5,000/10,000, 1,000 ante

Sergey Lebedev moved all in from the button to put the pressure on the two short-stacked players in the blinds. Sergio Aido opted to call off from the small for 65,000 and it was off to the races.

Aido: {2-Hearts}{2-Clubs}
Lebedev: {a-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}

It was a flip, and the proverbial coin came down in favor of Aido after the board ran out {5-Hearts}{5-Spades}{3-Hearts}{5-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}.
