Demi-finaliste du PSC Monte-Carlo il y a trois semaines, Bertrand Grospellier a réalisé quelques deep-runs sur les SCOOP sans parvenir à conclure. En confiance, ElkY poursuit son opération comeback à Sochi où il s'est qualifié pour le Jour 3 du Main Event à 5300$ l'entrée.
Le Français est 7e du classement général provisoire avec 265 000 jetons alors que la journée s'est terminée à l'issue du niveau 1,200-2,400 (ante 400). De quoi être ambitieux au Jour 3 où Ils ne seront plus que 82 sur la ligne de départ.

Les Team Pro PokerStars ont fait le boulot lors du Jour 2. Ils étaient deux au départ de la journée et ElkY n'a pas été abandonné par l'Américain Chris Moneymaker. Le vainqueur du Main Event WSOP a emballé 118 000 jetons, de quoi ambitionner un premier cash en Europe pour la première fois depuis octobre 2015.

Chris Moneymaker defended his big blind against a raise by Aram Vartevanyan and check-raised the flop before calling a bet of 8,800 on the turn. Moneymaker also checked the river and Vartevanyan shoved.
"How much is it?" Moneymaker asked and the all in was for 30,600. Moneymaker called and was shown for a full house by his opponent. The PokerStars Team pro paid off the all in with the words "that's so gross" and dropped below the average.
