Gavrila Folds on the River
Niveau 11
: Blinds 1,000/2,000, 2,000 ante
Gabriel Gavrila opened to 4,000 from the cutoff, and he was only called by Balazs Kovacs in the big blind.
The dealer fanned a flop of K♥2♥Q♠. Gavrila continued with a bet of 3,500, and Kovacs check-called. Then Gavrila fired a second barrel of 8,500 on the turn A♣. But Kovacs didn't back down and called.
The 10♥ completed the board, and Kovacs took the lead, betting 20,000. Gavrila went into the tank, but eventually folded.
