Former Champion Kitai Eliminated

Niveau 5 : 300/600, 100 ante

Samir El Gaddari raised to 2,000 and Davidi Kitai three-bet from the small blind to 4,000. El Gaddari called. The flop came {j-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Hearts} and Kitai bet 2,600 and his opponent called.

The turn was the {2-Spades} and Kitai bet 6,700. Again, El Gaddari just called. The river was the {10-Clubs} and Kitai moved all in for around 30,000. El Gaddari snap-called. Kitai showed {a-Spades}{6-Spades} for ace-high and El Gaddari held {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} for a wheel and doubled up for 20,850.

This left Kitai with 8,000 in chips and that went in the next hand and got called by El Gaddari and Karim Bouzham. The flop came {3-Clubs}{j-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} and Bouzham moved all in. El Gaddari open-folded {6-}{6-} and Bouzham showed {k-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}. He had Kitai in a bind, with the Belgian holding {k-Hearts}{9-Clubs}, and there was no help on the {4-Clubs}{j-Clubs} runout and he was eliminated.

Kitai and El Yousfi Lose Some Chips

Niveau 4 : 250/500, 75 ante

Davidi Kitai opened to 1,200 and the big blind called. The big blind check-called a bet of 1,500 on the {2-Hearts}{4-Spades}{10-Spades} flop and both players checked the {4-Hearts} turn.

The river was the {8-Clubs} and Kitai watched his opponent bet 2,500. Kitai called but mucked when shown the {10-Clubs}{9-Hearts} for a pair of tens.

Meanwhile, Said El Yousfi defended his small blind and check-called bets of 1,300 and 2,500 on the {a-Spades}{2-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{8-Diamonds} board. Both players checked the {6-Spades} river.

"Nothing," El Yousfi said in French, allowing his opponent to turn over {9-Hearts}{9-Spades} for a pair of nines and take down the pot.
